:02:01. > :02:16.So this school is in one of the poorer parts of Rio but they are

:02:17. > :02:23.doing something special today through the power of sports and

:02:24. > :02:31.games. - they are bringing disabled and able-bodied children together.

:02:32. > :02:37.TRANSLATION: I really enjoyed playing the football with the club.

:02:38. > :02:40.It was a lot of fun! TRANSLATION: My favourite part was

:02:41. > :02:47.when we were playing with the ball, we had to go all over the place, and

:02:48. > :02:53.under the cover to pick it up. But I thought it was really cool!

:02:54. > :02:58.TRANSLATION: I like to run, you get to feel what it is like being blind.

:02:59. > :03:07.We were able to have a lot of fun, cheer and win. It was great fun!

:03:08. > :03:13.TRANSLATION: Having a sister with a disability is cool. She plays like

:03:14. > :03:19.everybody else and she's just like everybody else!

:03:20. > :03:22.TRANSLATION: It's great having people with disabilities in the

:03:23. > :03:26.classroom. The important thing is to help one another.

:03:27. > :03:34.Sometimes if they forget things I help them out.

:03:35. > :03:41.What's it been like having the Paralympics at Rio? It's been

:03:42. > :03:46.sensational, really incredible. This is my first Olympics but it has been

:03:47. > :03:51.really incredible, a real privilege to watch. It's been emotional and

:03:52. > :03:56.very cool. It shows how the people of Rio are great fans. It's been

:03:57. > :04:03.very cool to have you here. A lot has changed. The city is more

:04:04. > :04:10.colourful and vibrant, an excited crowd and great to have them here.

:04:11. > :04:14.Now, what does an oak, a birch, or a willow

:04:15. > :04:18.Well, according to a new book they can talk to each other.

:04:19. > :04:21.They reckon trees can talk, feel pain, learn, care for each

:04:22. > :04:23.other and even warn other trees of danger...

:04:24. > :04:28.I met up with a tree expert and asked him if trees can REALLY

:04:29. > :04:40.Trees really can talk but not as we do it, they do it via the roots, by

:04:41. > :04:43.a network which is working like our internet.

:04:44. > :04:49.What kind of things do they talk about? When trees are attacked by

:04:50. > :04:53.insects it hurts, so they don't think of themselves but warn each

:04:54. > :04:59.other, their neighbours, so that they can prepare and to be better

:05:00. > :05:03.prepared for the insect attacks. Or when the trees are thirsty and there

:05:04. > :05:07.is no water in the ground, they warn the others to reduce water

:05:08. > :05:12.consumption. What is also surprising is that a mother tree knows which

:05:13. > :05:17.seedlings are its child by testing them with the root tips.

:05:18. > :05:20.Now to the clever crows who can use tools to get food.

:05:34. > :05:35.And before we go check this out, a cute cub panda

:05:36. > :05:39.It tried for more than a minute to flip from its back
