0:00:02 > 0:00:06Morning guys, Whitney here with your Wednesday Newsround.
0:00:06 > 0:00:08Coming up in the next few minutes.
0:00:08 > 0:00:11A legendary astronaut takes on your questions.
0:00:11 > 0:00:13And...
0:00:13 > 0:00:17It's golf, but with a pretty big difference!
0:00:27 > 0:00:29First up, spies, computer hackers and Russia.
0:00:29 > 0:00:31What's that all about, you ask?
0:00:31 > 0:00:34Well, the British Prime Minister Theresa May made a big speech
0:00:34 > 0:00:41telling off Russia for getting involved in other
0:00:41 > 0:00:42countries' business.
0:00:42 > 0:00:43Ayshah has more.
0:00:43 > 0:00:45Do you know who this guy is?
0:00:45 > 0:00:47This is Vladimir Putin and he's the president of Russia.
0:00:47 > 0:00:50He also likes to show the Russian people how
0:00:50 > 0:00:53strong he is by riding a horse or catching big fish.
0:00:53 > 0:00:55In some mountains.
0:00:55 > 0:00:59With his top off!
0:00:59 > 0:01:00Well, we all need a hobby.
0:01:00 > 0:01:04But now spies around the world are
0:01:04 > 0:01:08getting fed up with what they say he's up to.
0:01:08 > 0:01:11Those spies are saying that Russia is using social media to
0:01:11 > 0:01:16try and interfere with other countries, including in elections.
0:01:16 > 0:01:18Experts believe teams of Russian spies are writing and spreading
0:01:18 > 0:01:23stories all over the web that are made to divide people and
0:01:23 > 0:01:26cause arguments.
0:01:26 > 0:01:31They have thousands of social media accounts that all share
0:01:31 > 0:01:34each other's stories so the messages go far and wide.
0:01:34 > 0:01:39It's like having thousands of digital spies.
0:01:39 > 0:01:42So, what about Mr Putin?
0:01:42 > 0:01:44Well, he says he doesn't know anything about it but
0:01:44 > 0:01:47if it is happening, then it's nothing to do with him or Russia.
0:01:47 > 0:01:49But not everyone believes that and lots
0:01:49 > 0:01:52of leaders want to know if Russia is a friend
0:01:52 > 0:01:57or if it could be an enemy.
0:01:57 > 0:01:58Thanks, Ayshah.
0:01:58 > 0:02:01Next, have you ever wanted to travel to the dark side of the moon?
0:02:01 > 0:02:04It's definitely on my bucketlist somewhere.
0:02:04 > 0:02:08Very few people have done
0:02:08 > 0:02:11it, but one of them who has is former Nasa
0:02:11 > 0:02:13astronaut Al Worden.
0:02:13 > 0:02:15Leah went to meet him and ask him your questions.
0:02:15 > 0:02:18Hi, Newsround, I'm Al Worden, I have been to the moon.
0:02:18 > 0:02:20I hold two Guinness records, one for being the most isolated
0:02:20 > 0:02:23person in history and one for doing the very first deep space spacewalk.
0:02:23 > 0:02:28Back in 1971, Nasa launched Apollo 15.
0:02:28 > 0:02:31The latest in its rockets to the moon.
0:02:31 > 0:02:33Al Worden was the command module pilot.
0:02:33 > 0:02:40When Apollo 15 reached the moon, two astronauts went down
0:02:40 > 0:02:46to the surface and Al stayed on board alone as it orbited
0:02:46 > 0:02:47the moon for three days.
0:02:47 > 0:02:52So, Al, can you tell me what it was like being
0:02:52 > 0:02:56so far away in space?
0:02:56 > 0:02:59Yeah, it's, it's isolated.
0:02:59 > 0:03:01We were in a little, small spacecraft, it was only
0:03:01 > 0:03:03about the size of a Volkswagen.
0:03:03 > 0:03:07It had two guys that, when they go down to the moon for three days,
0:03:07 > 0:03:09I had that Volkswagen all to myself for three days which
0:03:09 > 0:03:10was kind of nice.
0:03:10 > 0:03:12Imagine you're swimming underwater but there's no water.
0:03:12 > 0:03:15And that's what it's like in space.
0:03:15 > 0:03:16That's incredible.
0:03:16 > 0:03:18So Newsround viewers love space and they've sent
0:03:18 > 0:03:19you some of their questions.
0:03:19 > 0:03:21Sure.
0:03:21 > 0:03:23We trained for three years just for my flight.
0:03:23 > 0:03:29That was after I got selected and ended up in the space programme.
0:03:29 > 0:03:32I trained for a year and a half as back-up crew for Apollo 12,
0:03:32 > 0:03:35a further year and a half for Apollo 15.
0:03:35 > 0:03:36Three years training just for one flight.
0:03:36 > 0:03:38We tried some 300 different types of food.
0:03:38 > 0:03:39It was all freeze-dried.
0:03:39 > 0:03:43It was quite easy, all we had to do was pour water back in and heat it
0:03:43 > 0:03:46up and it was lasagne, spaghetti, Mac and cheese,
0:03:46 > 0:03:49all kinds of beef pies and stuff, it was OK.
0:03:49 > 0:03:52My favourite button to press on the spacecraft is the one that
0:03:52 > 0:03:58turned the engine on.
0:03:58 > 0:04:03Then we go somewhere!
0:04:08 > 0:04:11OK, time for a quick round-up of some of the other
0:04:11 > 0:04:13top stories today.

0:04:16 > 0:04:17at the World Cup next summer.
0:04:17 > 0:04:20After drawing the first leg
0:04:20 > 0:04:23with Denmark 0-0, they ended up losing 5-1 last night.
0:04:23 > 0:04:26Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen scored
0:04:26 > 0:04:28a hat-trick, which meant the Danes were celebrating at
0:04:28 > 0:04:32the end of the night.
0:04:32 > 0:04:37Several of England's new young players played
0:04:37 > 0:04:38against Neymar's Brazil last night.
0:04:38 > 0:04:40The match wasn't very exciting and ended 0-0
0:04:40 > 0:04:43but England manager Gareth Southgate said he was really pleased about how
0:04:43 > 0:04:48the young side played against some superstar names.
0:04:48 > 0:04:54And Wales also tried out their youngsters against Panama.
0:04:54 > 0:04:56Tom Lawrence's goal was the highlight,
0:04:56 > 0:04:59although they conceded a late goal, to draw in what could be manager
0:04:59 > 0:05:00Chris Coleman's last game in charge.
0:05:00 > 0:05:04Next to a pretty unusual type of sport, golf meets football.
0:05:04 > 0:05:06This is footgolf.
0:05:06 > 0:05:09Players skillfully kick a ball around a golf course, but it's
0:05:09 > 0:05:12bigger than your usual golf ball!
0:05:12 > 0:05:15Britain came out on top in this latest tournament
0:05:15 > 0:05:17so well done to them.
0:05:17 > 0:05:22If I have to be honest, it still just looks like football
0:05:22 > 0:05:24to me but you might enjoy it!
0:05:24 > 0:05:27Now, does your school ever do crazy shows for charity?
0:05:27 > 0:05:31Well, this school in San Francisco in America
0:05:31 > 0:05:33celebrated World Kindness Day by doing a sponsored dance.
0:05:33 > 0:05:36Hundreds of kids at schools around the state did
0:05:36 > 0:05:39the dance which was designed by a chroeographer to encourage kids
0:05:39 > 0:05:43to be kind to one other.
