0:01:09 > 0:01:10for the last eight years.

0:01:10 > 0:01:12Lots of Americans think he did a great job,

0:01:12 > 0:01:14but many are disappointed in what he's achieved, too.

0:01:14 > 0:01:17So what does his end-of-term report look like?

0:01:17 > 0:01:21Ah, yes, here it is, the end-of-term report

0:01:21 > 0:01:23for Mr Barack Obama.

0:01:23 > 0:01:27Well, let's see how he's done these past eight years.

0:01:27 > 0:01:29Barack had a good start - getting the job of President

0:01:29 > 0:01:31was a big achievement.

0:01:31 > 0:01:34When he was born, black people didn't even have the same rights

0:01:34 > 0:01:39as white people in large parts of the USA.

0:01:39 > 0:01:45Now, let's take a look at the big projects Mr Obama's focused on.

0:01:45 > 0:01:47Goal - "Make health care affordable for all."

0:01:47 > 0:01:49Effort - high.

0:01:49 > 0:01:53Achievement - People in the US pay doctors and hospitals for treatment.

0:01:53 > 0:01:55Barack launched a plan to allow more people to access

0:01:55 > 0:01:57affordable health care.

0:01:57 > 0:02:00But many people disagree with the plan and the next president

0:02:00 > 0:02:02has said he may scrap it.

0:02:02 > 0:02:04Goal - "Tackle climate change."

0:02:04 > 0:02:08Effort - High.

0:02:08 > 0:02:11Achievement - Barack and his team helped achieve a climate agreement

0:02:11 > 0:02:14between the US and most of the world's other countries,

0:02:14 > 0:02:19lowering the amount of gases that cause climate change.

0:02:19 > 0:02:21Goal - "Tougher gun laws."

0:02:21 > 0:02:24Effort - High.

0:02:24 > 0:02:27Achievement - Fail.

0:02:27 > 0:02:28Obama wanted tougher gun laws in America,

0:02:28 > 0:02:33but he had a lot of opposition and didn't achieve any big changes.

0:02:33 > 0:02:36Goal - "Tackle racism in American society."

0:02:36 > 0:02:39Effort - umm...

0:02:39 > 0:02:42Achievement - Supporters think he has been a great example

0:02:42 > 0:02:45as the first black President of the US, but others think

0:02:45 > 0:02:50he hasn't done enough to change the longstanding problems of racism

0:02:50 > 0:02:58in America.

0:02:58 > 0:02:59Extra-curricular activities...

0:02:59 > 0:03:00Well, Barack certainly enjoyed getting involved

0:03:00 > 0:03:01in lots of activities.

0:03:01 > 0:03:04Never afraid to give things a go, and not shy of the camera!

0:03:04 > 0:03:07As he leaves, Barack Obama is a pretty popular president

0:03:07 > 0:03:13with many Americans.

0:03:13 > 0:03:17But his one big promise was to unite the US and,

0:03:17 > 0:03:20as Donald Trump becomes president, the country is more

0:03:20 > 0:03:22divided than when Obama took over.

0:03:22 > 0:03:25That's not all Barack Obama's fault, but he probably wishes he could have

0:03:25 > 0:03:26done more to change things.

0:03:26 > 0:03:28To the fighting family who are winning big

0:04:04 > 0:04:07Jiu jitsu is a martial art which combines the grappling of judo

0:04:07 > 0:04:12with the kicking and punching of karate and boxing.

0:04:12 > 0:04:15Opponents punch and kick each other to score points, and the person

0:04:15 > 0:04:19with the most points wins.

0:04:19 > 0:04:21There are lots of different types of jiu jitsu,

0:04:23 > 0:04:28which doesn't involve kicking.

0:04:28 > 0:04:30I think I'm good at jiu jitsu because I put my

0:04:41 > 0:04:45I like beating the boys in it because it gets them really annoyed.

0:04:45 > 0:04:48It helps me to defend myself when there's a bully

0:04:48 > 0:04:49who's trying to hurt me.

0:04:49 > 0:04:53Since I enjoyed it I kept on doing it, and then somehow I turned out

0:04:53 > 0:04:56to be this champion travelling around the world!

0:04:56 > 0:05:06What's it like competing with your brothers and sisters?
