:00:00. > :00:08.Hello, everyone. It's Sunday afternoon, and you're live with me,

:00:09. > :00:10.Leah. Coming up from Newsround: We look back at one of the most

:00:11. > :00:13.exciting Six Nations Championships in years.

:00:14. > :00:22.Keep watching to find out what turned this river green. Only on

:00:23. > :00:25.Newsround. First, our main story. The people of

:00:26. > :00:31.Crimea are today voting on whether the region should stay part of the

:00:32. > :00:33.Ukraine or rejoin Russia. Most of the people living in Crimea believe

:00:34. > :00:38.they're Russian, and voters are expected to support leaving the

:00:39. > :00:41.Ukraine. But the vote has been called illegal by the government in

:00:42. > :00:45.Kiev, and by other countries like the United States. The vote comes

:00:46. > :00:48.during a violent few months for Ukraine. There have been some

:00:49. > :00:53.massive changes in the country, including the removal of President

:00:54. > :00:56.Viktor Yanukovych from power. And for lots more information about the

:00:57. > :01:00.situation in Ukraine, head over to the Newsround website for our

:01:01. > :01:03.in-depth guide. Sport now, and Irish hero Brian

:01:04. > :01:06.O'Driscoll capped off his remarkable international career with a second

:01:07. > :01:13.Six Nations trophy, after a thrilling 22-20 victory over France.

:01:14. > :01:16.BOD, as he's known to his team-mates and fans, put in a man-of-the-match

:01:17. > :01:18.performance as Ireland won in Paris for only the second time in 42

:01:19. > :01:27.years. He said it proves fairy tales do

:01:28. > :01:30.come true. Brian O'Driscoll's finished his international rugby

:01:31. > :01:36.career, and will surely be remembered an Irish champion.

:01:37. > :01:40.Knowing they could spoil the party with a win, the French team raced

:01:41. > :01:42.into a 6-nil lead, but then Jonny Sexton finally found a way through

:01:43. > :01:52.the tough blue defence. As did Andrew Trimble a few minutes

:01:53. > :01:56.later. There was a scare right at the end when the French had what

:01:57. > :02:00.would have been a winning try ruled out for a forward pass. Earlier in

:02:01. > :02:05.the day, England had done their best to win the championship, thrashing

:02:06. > :02:08.Italy 52-11. Stuart Lancaster's side had had a good tournament, and

:02:09. > :02:14.despite falling short this time, they will go into next year's World

:02:15. > :02:18.Cup in good spirits. In the day's other game, a red card for

:02:19. > :02:22.Scotland's Stuart Hogg played a big part in the side's collapse against

:02:23. > :02:25.Wales. Last year's Six Nations champions blew away the Scots,

:02:26. > :02:28.winning by 51-3. But in the end, this was Ireland's day, as they said

:02:29. > :02:40.goodbye to one of their greatest ever players.

:02:41. > :02:45.And there's another farewell today - this time in Sochi - as we wave

:02:46. > :02:49.goodbye to the Winter Paralympics. The British team leave the Russian

:02:50. > :02:51.city with six medals. Over on the Newsround website, you've been

:02:52. > :03:05.telling us your highlights from the Games.

:03:06. > :03:11.Lizzy used to go to Amy's school when she was younger, so they all

:03:12. > :03:14.watched her win on the big screen in the school gym.

:03:15. > :03:18.There are two huge games in the Premier League later today.

:03:19. > :03:21.Manchester United are currently drawing 0-0 with Liverpool at Old

:03:22. > :03:24.Trafford. And then later this afternoon, Arsenal take on arch

:03:25. > :03:28.rivals Tottenham. And with a look ahead to that game, here's a special

:03:29. > :03:30.report from number one Spurs fan Jay.

:03:31. > :03:35.My favourite player in recent times has to be Ledley King. Ledley King

:03:36. > :03:40.comes in! Spurs are in the lead! He's a defender, he's fast, he's

:03:41. > :03:47.strong, he's intelligent. He's just an all-round best defender. He is my

:03:48. > :03:51.absolute hero. All right, Jay? What are you up to? I'm just doing a

:03:52. > :03:55.quick section for MOTD Kickabout. Can I ask you a question? Of course.

:03:56. > :03:58.In the North London derby against Arsenal, do you think we have a

:03:59. > :04:02.chance of winning? Our strikers are in great form, which is important,

:04:03. > :04:07.scoring goals. It's a big game for both teams, but I think we can win.

:04:08. > :04:15.What do you think? I think so as well. Good man.

:04:16. > :04:19.And before we go, just because we know you love it, here's a quick

:04:20. > :04:23.look back at some of our favourite stories of the week in Strange,

:04:24. > :04:28.Stranger, Strangest. Strange!

:04:29. > :04:31.First up, remember the sunken car that became famous during the

:04:32. > :04:35.Somerset floods this year? It's just been reunited with its owner. Water

:04:36. > :04:38.levels around the village of Muchelney in Somerset are going

:04:39. > :04:42.down, so he has been able to get back to his wheels. Got a feeling he

:04:43. > :04:45.won't be driving it for a while, though.

:04:46. > :04:50.Stranger! To Naples, where authorities are

:04:51. > :04:53.taking dog mess seriously. I mean, really seriously. They have started

:04:54. > :04:58.using cutting-edge DNA testing technology to track down dogs that

:04:59. > :05:02.have left poop in the city. When they find them, the owners could be

:05:03. > :05:07.handed a hefty fine. So don't mess with Naples.

:05:08. > :05:11.Strangest! And lastly, it is a baby gorilla in

:05:12. > :05:15.a hat, of course. This tiny baby has just been born at a zoo in America.

:05:16. > :05:19.Keepers were worried about keeping her warm, so they put a hat on her

:05:20. > :05:25.head. Yeah, that's right. A baby gorilla in a hat. Just think about

:05:26. > :05:28.that. And the Chicago River in America was

:05:29. > :05:36.dyed green yesterday for celebrations ahead of St Patrick's

:05:37. > :05:40.Day on Monday. Hundreds of people turned out to see the green river.

:05:41. > :05:43.Across the world, the occasion is marked on the 17th of March every

:05:44. > :05:48.year, where people celebrate the Apostle of Ireland, St Patrick, who

:05:49. > :05:52.lived in the fifth century! These guys just kicked off the party a

:05:53. > :05:54.little earlier! That's all from me. Newsround's back

:05:55. > :06:23.tomorrow morning at 07:40. Have you seen my magazine? I really

:06:24. > :06:27.need it for my up-do. Up what?
