:00:16. > :00:18.The Imperial War Museum in London is reopening its doors this weekend,

:00:19. > :00:25.The centre of the museum was rebuilt to create bigger spaces.

:00:26. > :00:28.Hundreds of items, from tanks to tunics, have been restored.

:00:29. > :00:32.The museum has also brought together more than 1,000 objects

:00:33. > :00:35.for new displays marking 100 years since the start of World War One.

:01:10. > :01:12.the Army? World War I saw horrific numbers of men killed and injured

:01:13. > :01:19.and that was often down to massive guns like this one. British

:01:20. > :01:22.artillery in one week could fire 1.5 million shells into German

:01:23. > :01:27.positions. This is so big and heavy the gallery has had to be built

:01:28. > :01:30.around it. Towards the end of the war, the first tanks came into

:01:31. > :01:34.service. This is climbing over a trench and you can walk through it.

:01:35. > :01:38.All around you, the sounds of battle and in the walls you can see the

:01:39. > :01:42.figures of the men fighting on the Western front. If you want to see

:01:43. > :01:46.this and the rest of the museum, it opens on Saturday.

:01:47. > :01:50.Next, it's been hot and sunny in many parts of the country today

:01:51. > :01:54.Forecasters say a heatwave is on the way for the Midlands

:01:55. > :01:59.The Met Office says Friday could be the hottest day of the year.

:02:00. > :02:02.Health officials are telling us to take care by drinking lots of water,

:02:03. > :02:05.using sunscreen and staying out of the sun at the hottest time

:02:43. > :02:45.think humanoid robots will be part of life in the future but that is a

:02:46. > :02:47.way off yet and for now we will have to enjoy seeing him asking his moves
