:03:17. > :03:19.better job of running Scotland and the people who live and work in

:03:24. > :03:27.than the people who are here. I would say it is true for Scotland
:03:28. > :03:31.and all countries that the best people to run a country of the
:03:32. > :03:35.people who live and work and stay in that country.
:03:36. > :03:38.I think Scotland should become an independent country, what would you
:03:39. > :03:44.say to make kids like me think that staying in the UK is a good idea?
:03:45. > :03:50.I think we can have the best of both worlds. We have a Scottish
:03:51. > :03:55.Parliament with control over health and education, policing. The fact
:03:56. > :04:01.also, being part of something bigger can be good in terms of safety in a
:04:02. > :04:03.difficult world, and it is better for us to be together.
