0:00:16 > 0:00:18Hi, guys, I'm Whitney, and these are your latest Newsround

0:00:18 > 0:00:19stories on Thursday morning.

0:00:19 > 0:00:22First to the country of Zimbabwe in southern Africa.

0:00:22 > 0:00:26Here's Hayley to tell you what's going on there and why it matters.

0:00:26 > 0:00:29This is Robert Mugabe, and, yes, he is wearing a suit

0:00:29 > 0:00:31with a picture of himself on.

0:00:31 > 0:00:34He has been the leader of the country of Zimbabwe

0:00:34 > 0:00:36in Africa for 37 years.

0:00:36 > 0:00:45To his supporters, he is a hero who won freedom for his country.

0:00:45 > 0:00:48To others, he is a man who will not allow anyone

0:00:48 > 0:00:50to criticise him and uses violence to get his own way.

0:00:50 > 0:00:54But now he's in trouble.

0:00:54 > 0:00:57The army in Zimbabwe has taken over running the country from him.

0:00:57 > 0:01:00All this matters because Mugabe has been in power for so long.

0:01:00 > 0:01:02Under his rule, there have been lots of problems.

0:01:02 > 0:01:04And as a result, life is very difficult for many people.

0:01:04 > 0:01:06Including children.

0:01:06 > 0:01:12What happens next will be important in deciding the future of Zimbabwe.

0:01:12 > 0:01:14Thanks.

0:01:14 > 0:01:17And if you want to find out more on what's happening in Zimbabwe,

0:01:17 > 0:01:18head to our online guides.

0:01:18 > 0:01:24They are really helpful and should make it easier to understand what is

0:01:24 > 0:01:25going on there.

0:01:25 > 0:01:27What do you think should be done about bullying online?

0:01:27 > 0:01:32Later today, Prince William is going to announce a new code

0:01:32 > 0:01:35for 11 to 16-year-olds, and that's advice on how to behave online.

0:01:35 > 0:01:38We took some ideas from the code to a school to see what you think.

0:01:38 > 0:01:40What worries you about being online?

0:01:40 > 0:01:42It just worries me that older people think they can take

0:01:42 > 0:01:48advantage of young people.

0:01:48 > 0:01:51That you don't know if someone is being the real them.

0:01:51 > 0:01:53How different people can hack into your accounts.

0:01:53 > 0:01:56If you see something negative, if it is about you, it

0:01:56 > 0:01:57will maybe hurt your feelings.

0:01:57 > 0:02:01Cyber-bullying is an issue because anyone can be bullied online.

0:02:01 > 0:02:04Almost one in five young people say that they have been bullied online.

0:02:04 > 0:02:08So, who should make things better?

0:02:08 > 0:02:11I think the sites should make it a bit more stricter.

0:02:11 > 0:02:14Parents should always look through what you do.

0:02:14 > 0:02:18I think that the social media websites are responsible

0:02:18 > 0:02:23because I think they can tell if you are under 13 or over 13.

0:02:23 > 0:02:25I think it is your parents' and your own responsibility,

0:02:25 > 0:02:28because when you decide to make a social media account,

0:02:28 > 0:02:30you have to be aware of the things could happen.

0:02:30 > 0:02:33Loads of people talk about this issue, but things don't seem

0:02:33 > 0:02:34to be getting better.

0:02:34 > 0:02:38So what would you do about it?

0:02:38 > 0:02:41I think the sites should be stricter and should be more careful to check

0:02:41 > 0:02:42what people put online.

0:02:42 > 0:02:46More security, more monitors.

0:02:46 > 0:02:49There should be more report signs.

0:02:49 > 0:02:52Social media sites should make all accounts private.

0:02:52 > 0:02:55If you put your age in, you have to get a parent

0:02:55 > 0:03:00to put it in for you.

0:03:00 > 0:03:02Make a tutorial at the beginning to say

0:03:02 > 0:03:04where all the report buttons are.

0:03:04 > 0:03:07I think parents should be more aware of cyber-bullying and should know

0:03:07 > 0:03:10what their kids are looking at and what they are on.

0:03:10 > 0:03:13Today, Prince William is revealing a new list of rules for 11

0:03:13 > 0:03:17to 16-year-olds about social media.

0:03:17 > 0:03:20His charity, the Royal Foundation, has worked with social

0:03:20 > 0:03:22media, tech companies and Anti-Bullying Week charities.

0:03:22 > 0:03:26They say stop, take a step back.

0:03:26 > 0:03:32Try and see what is going on.

0:03:32 > 0:03:34Check the guidelines of the site you are on.

0:03:34 > 0:03:35Speak.

0:03:35 > 0:03:37Ask an adult or friend you trust for their advice.

0:03:37 > 0:03:40Report bad behaviour and speak to charities that help with issues

0:03:40 > 0:03:41like cyber-bullying.

0:03:41 > 0:03:46Support. Help the person being bullied.

0:03:46 > 0:03:48Get them to speak to someone they trust.

0:03:48 > 0:03:52So will something like this work?

0:03:52 > 0:03:55With it being Prince William, I think it is going to get

0:03:55 > 0:03:58a lot more attention.

0:03:58 > 0:04:01Some children, if they are getting bullied online, they don't know

0:04:01 > 0:04:03what to do and get really nervous and they are unsure.

0:04:03 > 0:04:06So I think it is really good because it is an instruction

0:04:06 > 0:04:08as to what to do.

0:04:08 > 0:04:12I don't think it will work because a lot of people like to know

0:04:12 > 0:04:15what they want to do and don't like people telling them what to do.

0:04:15 > 0:04:18In my opinion, I don't think this will work because bullies are just

0:04:18 > 0:04:19going to be bullies.

0:04:19 > 0:04:23I think it is helpful to have a list online because it is made

0:04:23 > 0:04:27who know what they're talking about.

0:04:27 > 0:04:32Thanks, guys. Really good to your your views.

0:04:32 > 0:04:34Just enough time to tell you to head to Newsround online

0:04:34 > 0:04:37if you want to know who's going into the jungle this year

0:04:37 > 0:04:38for I'm A Celebrity...

0:04:38 > 0:04:39I am excited about that one.

0:04:39 > 0:04:42Plus, we have some amazing pictures of Iceland filmed by a drone.

0:04:42 > 0:04:43Really cool!

0:04:43 > 0:04:44Thanks for watching.
