0:00:13 > 0:00:15Hi there, I'm Whitney, and these are your latest Newsround

0:00:15 > 0:00:20stories on Thursday morning.

0:00:20 > 0:00:23What do you think should be done about bullying online?

0:00:23 > 0:00:28Later today, Prince William is going to announce a new code

0:00:28 > 0:00:31for 11 to 16-year-olds - that's advice on how to behave online.

0:00:31 > 0:00:35We took some ideas from the code to a school to see what you think.

0:00:35 > 0:00:38What worries you about being online?

0:00:38 > 0:00:41It just worries me that older people think they can take

0:00:41 > 0:00:46advantage of young people.

0:00:46 > 0:00:49That you don't know if someone is being the real them.

0:00:49 > 0:00:51How different people can hack into your accounts.

0:00:51 > 0:00:53If you see something negative, if it is about you, it

0:00:53 > 0:00:55will maybe hurt your feelings.

0:00:55 > 0:00:58Cyber-bullying is an issue because anyone can be bullied online.

0:00:58 > 0:01:01Almost one in five young people say that they have been bullied online.

0:01:01 > 0:01:05So, who should make things better?

0:01:05 > 0:01:10I think the sites should make it a bit more stricter.

0:01:10 > 0:01:12Parents should always look through what you do.

0:01:12 > 0:01:14I think that the social media websites are responsible

0:01:14 > 0:01:18because I think they can tell if you are under 13 or over 13.

0:01:18 > 0:01:20I think it is your parents' and your own responsibility,

0:01:20 > 0:01:22because when you decide to make a social media account,

0:01:22 > 0:01:27you have to be aware of the things could happen.

0:01:27 > 0:01:30Loads of people talk about this issue, but things don't seem

0:01:30 > 0:01:32to be getting better.

0:01:32 > 0:01:37So what would you do about it?

0:01:37 > 0:01:40I think the sites should be stricter and should be more careful to check

0:01:40 > 0:01:41what people put online.

0:01:41 > 0:01:44More security, more monitors.

0:01:44 > 0:01:48There should be more report signs.

0:01:48 > 0:01:50Social media sites should make all accounts private.

0:01:50 > 0:01:53If you put your age in, you have to get a parent

0:01:53 > 0:01:55to put it in for you.

0:01:55 > 0:01:57Make a tutorial at the beginning to say

0:01:57 > 0:02:02where all the report buttons are.

0:02:02 > 0:02:05I think parents should be more aware of cyber-bullying and should know

0:02:05 > 0:02:08what their kids are looking at and what they are on.

0:02:08 > 0:02:10Today, Prince William is revealing a new list of rules for 11

0:02:10 > 0:02:16to 16-year-olds about social media.

0:02:16 > 0:02:21His charity, The Royal Foundation, has worked with social

0:02:21 > 0:02:23media, tech companies and anti-bullying charities.

0:02:23 > 0:02:25They say stop, take a step back.

0:02:25 > 0:02:27Try and see what is going on.

0:02:27 > 0:02:29Check the guidelines of the site you are on.

0:02:29 > 0:02:30Speak.

0:02:30 > 0:02:35Ask an adult or friend you trust for their advice.

0:02:35 > 0:02:38Report bad behaviour and speak to charities that help with issues

0:02:38 > 0:02:39like cyber-bullying.

0:02:39 > 0:02:42Support.

0:02:42 > 0:02:45Help the person being bullied.

0:02:45 > 0:02:47Get them to speak to someone they trust.

0:02:47 > 0:02:52So will something like this work?

0:02:52 > 0:02:55With it being Prince William, I think it is going to get

0:02:55 > 0:02:57a lot more attention.

0:02:57 > 0:03:00Some children, if they are getting bullied online, they don't know

0:03:00 > 0:03:02what to do and get really nervous and they are unsure.

0:03:02 > 0:03:05So I think it is really good because it is an instruction

0:03:05 > 0:03:06as to what to do.

0:03:06 > 0:03:10I don't think it will work because a lot of people like to know

0:03:10 > 0:03:14what they want to do and don't like people telling them what to do.

0:03:14 > 0:03:17In my opinion, I don't think this will work because bullies are just

0:03:17 > 0:03:18going to be bullies.

0:03:18 > 0:03:22I think it is helpful to have a list online because it is made who know

0:03:22 > 0:03:30what they're talking about.

0:03:30 > 0:03:31Really good to hear your views.

0:03:31 > 0:03:33Now to the country of Zimbabwe in southern Africa.

0:03:33 > 0:03:36Here's Hayley to tell you what's going on there and why it matters.

0:03:36 > 0:03:39This is Robert Mugabe, and, yes, he is wearing a suit

0:03:39 > 0:03:40with a picture of himself on.

0:03:40 > 0:03:43He has been the leader of the country of Zimbabwe

0:03:43 > 0:03:44in Africa for 37 years.

0:03:44 > 0:03:47To his supporters, he is a hero who won freedom for his country.

0:03:47 > 0:03:50To others, he is a man who will not allow anyone

0:03:50 > 0:03:53to criticise him and uses violence to get his own way.

0:03:53 > 0:03:56But now he's in trouble.

0:03:56 > 0:04:01The army in Zimbabwe has taken over running the country from him.

0:04:01 > 0:04:04All this matters because Mugabe has been in power for so long.

0:04:04 > 0:04:07Under his rule, there have been lots of problems.

0:04:07 > 0:04:10And as a result, life is very difficult for many people.

0:04:10 > 0:04:11Including children.

0:04:11 > 0:04:19What happens next will be important in deciding the future of Zimbabwe.

0:04:19 > 0:04:21Thanks, Hayley.

0:04:21 > 0:04:24And if you want to find out more on what's happening in Zimbabwe,

0:04:24 > 0:04:25head to our online guides.

0:04:25 > 0:04:28They are really helpful and should make it easier to understand

0:04:28 > 0:04:32what's going on there.

0:04:32 > 0:04:34Next you won't think we're SHELLfish for showing

0:04:34 > 0:04:35you this next story.

0:04:35 > 0:04:37See what I did there?

0:04:37 > 0:04:39Check out these crabs swarming over a beach in Cuba.

0:04:39 > 0:04:41They come each spring and travel for days

0:04:41 > 0:04:42from forests down to the sea.

0:04:42 > 0:04:46Once the crabs reach the sea, they lay lots of eggs in the waves.

0:04:46 > 0:04:48The baby crabs hatch out at sea, then come

0:04:48 > 0:04:52and join their parents in the forest.

0:04:52 > 0:04:55Imagine being part of their crew!

0:04:55 > 0:04:58It looks so cool.

0:04:58 > 0:05:00Well, if you thought that stop was CRAB-tivating -

0:05:00 > 0:05:03I'm full of it this morning - then take a look at this

0:05:03 > 0:05:07and see if you can tell me what these black dots are.

0:05:07 > 0:05:08It is a bit hard to figure out.

0:05:08 > 0:05:09Any guesses?

0:05:09 > 0:05:12Well, I can tell you it's snails.

0:05:12 > 0:05:17Millions of them have invaded this beach in Florida in America.

0:05:17 > 0:05:20No-one knows exactly why but some believe they've left the water

0:05:20 > 0:05:23to find food that has been washed up by the recent hurricanes.

0:05:23 > 0:05:24Or maybe they just fancied a holiday?

0:05:24 > 0:05:30I hope they didn't leave the locals fealing sluggish!

0:05:30 > 0:05:31Love it, love it!

0:05:31 > 0:05:34Just enough time to tell you to head to Newsround online

0:05:34 > 0:05:37if you want to know who's going into the jungle this year

0:05:37 > 0:05:38for I'm A Celebrity...

0:05:38 > 0:05:39I am very excited about that.

0:05:39 > 0:05:42Plus, we have some amazing pictures of Iceland filmed by a drone.

0:05:42 > 0:05:45Really cool!

0:05:49 > 0:05:50a really good one.
