:00:00. > :00:16.Hi, you're watching Newsround with me, Leah.

:00:17. > :00:23.Coming up this morning: We hear from a fire fighter tackling this massive

:00:24. > :00:30.blaze in Yorkshire. We check out our top medal hopefuls

:00:31. > :00:40.at the Winter Olympics. This is Newsround.

:00:41. > :00:44.A massive fire near Leeds in the north of England, involving

:00:45. > :00:48.thousands of tonnes of tyres, is still burning, sending thick smoke

:00:49. > :00:51.high into the air. There's so much smoke, you can see it from space.

:00:52. > :00:54.Dozens of fire fighters from across Yorkshire have been at the recycling

:00:55. > :00:57.plant in Sherburn-in-Elmet since yesterday morning. They say the

:00:58. > :01:00.blaze will go on for days. Luckily, no-one's been hurt, but people

:01:01. > :01:04.living close were told to stay indoors, and kids at some nearby

:01:05. > :01:09.schools were kept inside for the day. The smoke was captured on

:01:10. > :01:13.camera by this NASA satellite image. It is a large fire. We have

:01:14. > :01:17.protected the factory within the perimeter of the fire ground, and

:01:18. > :01:26.from spreading elsewhere. Animal charities say they're really

:01:27. > :01:30.worried about the effect of the recent floods on wildlife in the UK.

:01:31. > :01:33.The RSPCA say they've rescued almost 200 animals since the start of the

:01:34. > :01:36.wet weather in December. They say they're really concerned about the

:01:37. > :01:48.damage to wildlife and their habitats.

:01:49. > :01:55.Tennis, Serena Williams said she even felt the breeze, as she breezed

:01:56. > :02:00.through in Sydney. Andy Murray has a day off, he has made it through to

:02:01. > :02:05.the third round. His brother needed treatment for heat stroke after

:02:06. > :02:10.playing in the doubles. He was cramping for a while after

:02:11. > :02:16.the match, he was in quite a bad way for a little while. I am hoping he

:02:17. > :02:21.will be fine tomorrow. It was very tough conditions especially in the

:02:22. > :02:25.middle of the day, hot and humid. Team GB have been set a target of

:02:26. > :02:38.winning at least three medals at the Winter Olympics in Sochi next month.

:02:39. > :02:48.Let us meet another of our top medal hopefuls.

:02:49. > :03:02.I am Emily. Ski Cross is the ultimate downhill race, you have the

:03:03. > :03:08.alpine aspect, then all sorts of jobs and obstacles. The best bit is

:03:09. > :03:18.you are racing ahead to hasten -- head to head. It is the first across

:03:19. > :03:24.the finishing line. It is a scary event. I will not lie. I am scared

:03:25. > :03:31.to go down there. Jumping 40 metres. Add into the mix, you have

:03:32. > :03:40.somebody trying to knock you out of the way. We did the test event last

:03:41. > :03:45.year. There are some huge jumps. The big thing is you know you have to be

:03:46. > :03:53.calm to keep yourself in the safest position. If you go down hard, you

:03:54. > :04:04.hurt yourself. This is the ultimate thing. That means so much to me.

:04:05. > :04:12.We have talked about 3D printing recently. It is possible to make a

:04:13. > :04:19.copy of your own face. One 3D printing company in Manchester has

:04:20. > :04:25.worked out how to print your own pants! They say it is the first time

:04:26. > :04:29.underwear has been printed. They say it only takes three seconds to print

:04:30. > :04:36.a pair, they could make 10 million in a year.

:04:37. > :04:42.If you prefer your films in 3D, we have lots of movie news on our

:04:43. > :04:53.website. Check out which ones are up for an Oscar. And you can watch our

:04:54. > :04:57.special guide to kids films. That's all from me. Newsround's back

:04:58. > :04:59.at 4.20pm. Have a great day, I'll see you soon. Bye!
