:02:08. > :02:16.They are eager to access the food and supplies they are
:02:17. > :02:26.While they may not be receiving games consoles, UN officials are
:02:27. > :02:31.In my opinion, this is one of the largest humanitarian responses
:02:32. > :02:35.of the last 50 years in a country that is not a country, in areas that
:02:36. > :02:48.are not secure, and in areas where things change very, very quickly.
:02:49. > :02:54.distribution, to a level of dignity that the United Nations aspires to.
:02:55. > :02:57.Although fighting continues in northern Iraq, for now,
:02:58. > :03:00.the children here are safe, and they are getting food, water and toys.
