0:00:56 > 0:00:57Very exciting.

0:00:57 > 0:01:00Well, let's just remind ourselves of those unforgettable Rio Games.

0:01:00 > 0:01:02Here's Jenny.

0:01:02 > 0:01:05It was a massive summer for our Olympic and Paralympic athletes.

0:01:05 > 0:01:09Years of training paid off, and they smashed it.

0:01:09 > 0:01:10It started in the swimming,

0:01:10 > 0:01:13where Adam Peaty got the first gold for Team GB.

0:01:13 > 0:01:16Medal mania had begun.

0:01:16 > 0:01:20Gymnast Max Whitlock brought home not one but two gold medals,

0:01:24 > 0:01:27Mo Farah got the double double, Nicola Adams defended her title,

0:01:27 > 0:01:32and the hockey team battled their way into the record books.

0:01:32 > 0:01:35Team GB had aced it to second place in the medal table,

0:01:35 > 0:01:37and it didn't stop there.

0:01:37 > 0:01:39From day one at the Paralympic Games,

0:01:39 > 0:01:41the medals continued to roll in.

0:01:41 > 0:01:45Kadeena Cox got not one but two golds in two sports.

0:02:06 > 0:02:08after winning three golds.

0:02:08 > 0:02:11ParalympicsGB newly doubled the goals won four years ago

0:02:11 > 0:02:12and also finished second in the medal table.

0:02:12 > 0:02:17Incredible!

0:02:17 > 0:02:19Well, the parade kicks off at 4:30,

0:02:19 > 0:02:24and Jenny will be live from there in Newsround at 4:20.

0:02:24 > 0:02:26Moving on to these incredible pictures of a Chinese space rocket

0:02:26 > 0:02:28blasting off from the Gobi Desert in east Asia.

0:02:28 > 0:02:32It's sending two astronauts to China's new space station.

0:02:32 > 0:02:38They'll spend a month carrying out different experiments.

0:02:38 > 0:02:42Now someone who knows just what it's like to be in space is this guy,

0:02:42 > 0:02:43British astronaut Tim Peake.

0:02:43 > 0:02:44He's been travelling the country meeting children

0:02:44 > 0:02:47since returning from the International Space Station.

0:02:47 > 0:02:49This weekend, he met with Jenny here at Newsround HQ

0:02:49 > 0:02:51to answer some of your questions.

0:02:53 > 0:02:56After six months floating in space, Major Tim Peake landed

0:02:56 > 0:03:02at Newsround HQ to a reception that was out of this world.

0:03:02 > 0:03:05Olivia, who is nine, from Leicester, wants to know,

0:03:05 > 0:03:07what does it feel like to be able to float around?

0:03:07 > 0:03:09Yeah, floating in space is really liberating,

0:03:09 > 0:03:12it's fantastic, as you'd expect.

0:03:12 > 0:03:14When you first start, you're not very good at it,

0:03:14 > 0:03:16and your legs and arms are flailing everywhere,

0:03:16 > 0:03:21you kick things off.

0:03:21 > 0:03:24When you get used to it, you can just push off with one finger

0:03:24 > 0:03:27and float down the other end of the space station, it's great fun.

0:03:27 > 0:03:30This next one you've already spoken about it a little bit,

0:03:30 > 0:03:33but it's something that pretty much everyone wants to know -

0:03:33 > 0:03:35how did you use the toilet in space,

0:03:35 > 0:03:37and how did you get rid of the waste from the ISS?

0:03:37 > 0:03:40It's a big one, it is a big one. Yeah, important question.

0:03:40 > 0:03:43Right, so in space, to keep everything under control,

0:03:43 > 0:03:44you must have airflow, airflow is the key,

0:03:44 > 0:03:47so you have a little vacuum pump to the loo,

0:03:47 > 0:03:50and that creates the suction so you can pee into the tube,

0:03:50 > 0:03:52and it keeps everything going in the right direction.

0:03:52 > 0:03:54And the important thing is, when you finished being,

0:03:54 > 0:03:58you keep the pump running for at least 30 seconds,

0:03:58 > 0:04:01because otherwise, if you switch it off too soon, then it has not

0:04:01 > 0:04:03all gone back into the bucket.

0:04:03 > 0:04:06We've got some questions from these guys, bear with us one moment.

0:04:06 > 0:04:09Do you take teddies into space?

0:04:09 > 0:04:13Actually, I took a teddy, I've got two young boys,

0:04:13 > 0:04:18so I took a small teddy in for each of them,

0:04:18 > 0:04:21and my excuse was it was for my two small boys,

0:04:21 > 0:04:25but I had them every night with me so...!

0:04:25 > 0:04:27Now if you haven't caught up on this weekend's TV,

0:04:27 > 0:04:29turn the volume down now.

0:04:29 > 0:04:31First up, on The X Factor,

0:04:31 > 0:04:34we waved goodbye to 18-year-old Freddy Parker.

0:04:34 > 0:04:36He faced Saara Aalto in the Sunday sing-off.

0:04:36 > 0:04:38The vote went to deadlock,

0:04:38 > 0:04:40and Freddy got the least number of votes overall.

0:04:40 > 0:04:41Fans of the show were also treated

0:04:41 > 0:04:44to the world-exclusive first play of Little Mix's new record.

0:04:44 > 0:04:46Over on Strictly,

0:04:46 > 0:04:50BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty failed to impress

0:04:50 > 0:04:53the judges after performing in the dance off against singer Anastacia.

0:04:53 > 0:04:55Naga is the fourth celeb to leave the show.

0:04:55 > 0:04:58That's all from me, Newsround's back right here in about half an hour.
