:02:55. > :02:57.is this guy, British astronaut Tim Peake.

:02:58. > :03:00.He's been travelling the country meeting children

:03:01. > :03:02.since returning from the International Space Station.

:03:03. > :03:05.This weekend, he met with Jenny here at Newsround HQ

:03:06. > :03:12.After six months floating in space, Major Tim Peake landed

:03:13. > :03:15.at Newsround HQ to a reception that was out of this world.

:03:16. > :03:17.Olivia, who is nine, from Leicester, wants to know,

:03:18. > :03:23.what does it feel like to be able to float around?

:03:24. > :03:24.Yeah, floating in space is really liberating,

:03:25. > :03:28.When you first start, you're not very good at it,

:03:29. > :03:30.and your legs and arms are flailing everywhere,

:03:31. > :03:34.When you get used to it, you can just push off with one finger

:03:35. > :03:41.and float down the other end of the space station, it's great fun.

:03:42. > :03:43.This next one you've already spoken about it a little bit,

:03:44. > :03:46.but it's something that pretty much everyone wants to know -

:03:47. > :03:51.and how did you get rid of the waste from the ISS?

:03:52. > :03:54.It's a big one, it is a big one. Yeah, important question.

:03:55. > :03:56.Right, so in space, to keep everything under control,

:03:57. > :03:58.you must have airflow, airflow is the key,

:03:59. > :04:00.so you have a little vacuum pump to the loo,

:04:01. > :04:03.and that creates the suction so you can pee into the tube,

:04:04. > :04:05.and it keeps everything going in the right direction.

:04:06. > :04:08.And the important thing is, when you've finished peeing,

:04:09. > :04:11.you keep the pump running for at least 30 seconds,

:04:12. > :04:14.because otherwise, if you switch it off too soon, then it has not

:04:15. > :04:32.We've got some questions from these guys, bear with us one moment.

:04:33. > :04:36.Actually, I took a teddy, I've got two young boys,

:04:37. > :04:39.so I took a small teddy in for each of them,

:04:40. > :04:41.and my excuse was it was for my two small boys,

:04:42. > :04:43.but I had them every night with me so...!

:04:44. > :04:46.You've got one too. Do you think aliens really exist?

:04:47. > :04:47.Of course they exist! Yes, absolutely.

:04:48. > :04:49.I think we are actually fairly close

:04:50. > :04:51.to finding evidence of life, past life, on Mars,

:04:52. > :04:53.that's certainly what we are searching for, robotic vehicles.

:04:54. > :04:57.little green men running around, well, who knows?

:04:58. > :04:59.The universe is an extremely large place, and there is

:05:00. > :05:11.a huge probability that there is intelligent life out there.

:05:12. > :05:13.From intelligent life to wildlife, a rhino that got stuck

:05:14. > :05:16.in a tyre has been rescued in Zimbabwe, in southern Africa.

:05:17. > :05:19.The animal managed to get his snout trapped,

:05:20. > :05:26.When it became clear he couldn't free himself, vets stepped in

:05:27. > :05:31.and gave him some medicine, so they were able to get it off.

:05:32. > :05:35.millions of people in the US will vote for a new President.

:05:36. > :05:38.And we've got a team in the US right now who are waiting

:05:39. > :05:42.for your questions to put to children in America.

:05:43. > :05:44.If you're interested in the big vote,

:05:45. > :05:47.or even if you want to find out how Americans celebrate Halloween,

:05:48. > :05:50.get those questions into Newsround online right now.

:05:51. > :05:55.That's all from me, Newsround's back on CBBC this afternoon at 4:20,

:05:56. > :05:59.when we'll be live from the Olympic and Paralympic parade.
