0:00:11 > 0:00:15Hello, I'm Hayley and welcome to a sporty Newsround.

0:00:15 > 0:00:18Today is Sport Relief and lots of you are getting your kit

0:00:18 > 0:00:20on to get involved.

0:00:20 > 0:00:23You may remember that Blue Peter took their Sport Relief challenge

0:00:23 > 0:00:26to the extreme when Lindsey Russell took on a never before attempted

0:00:26 > 0:00:27challenge to zorb across the Irish Sea.

0:00:30 > 0:00:34Ayshah went to find out how she got on.

0:00:37 > 0:00:40Lindsey, or should I call you Wave Runner?

0:00:40 > 0:00:42Absolute star.

0:00:42 > 0:00:44I'm so proud but gutted at the same time.

0:00:44 > 0:00:46Tell me all about the challenge.

0:00:46 > 0:00:51It was tough, it was a really long day, basically.

0:00:51 > 0:00:56I started at five in the morning and I was in the wave runner ball,

0:00:56 > 0:01:01zorb, for just shy of ten hours.

0:01:01 > 0:01:04In the end, we covered 17 nautical miles.

0:01:04 > 0:01:07The aim was 21, but sadly the weather got in the way

0:01:07 > 0:01:08a little bit.

0:01:08 > 0:01:10What parts of your body hurt after that?

0:01:10 > 0:01:12Everywhere!

0:01:12 > 0:01:15I think it would be quicker to tell you the parts of the body

0:01:15 > 0:01:16that I didn't use.

0:01:16 > 0:01:17You just use everything.

0:01:17 > 0:01:21The bit that I didn't see coming that was going to hurt so much

0:01:21 > 0:01:22was my hands and my wrists.

0:01:22 > 0:01:25Obviously you go to the gym and you work on your arms,

0:01:25 > 0:01:27you work on your legs and your core strength,

0:01:27 > 0:01:31but no one actually tells you to go to the gym and work on your fingers

0:01:31 > 0:01:33and your wrists because that's not a normal thing.

0:01:33 > 0:01:36You had a lot of highs and a lot of lows, didn't you?

0:01:36 > 0:01:38What about the highest points?

0:01:38 > 0:01:40I think setting off from Donaghadee was a really, really nice moment.

0:01:40 > 0:01:44We got there at 4am and people actually showed up.

0:01:44 > 0:01:46For me, that was really moving.

0:01:46 > 0:01:50My final high was getting into the harbour at Portpatrick.

0:01:50 > 0:01:53Just to see my dad on the finish line and to see all of

0:01:53 > 0:01:54Portpatrick school there.

0:01:54 > 0:01:55What was the reception?

0:01:55 > 0:01:58It was amazing!

0:01:58 > 0:02:01We had school kids there, my family, there were banners saying

0:02:01 > 0:02:06"Blue Peter rocks" and "Yeah, Sport Relief."

0:02:06 > 0:02:08Is there anything you're going to miss about the zorb?

0:02:08 > 0:02:09No.

0:02:09 > 0:02:10Nothing at all?

0:02:10 > 0:02:11No.

0:02:11 > 0:02:13Glad to see the back of it.

0:02:13 > 0:02:16What would you say to kids who have watched what you've done

0:02:16 > 0:02:17and possibly want to get involved?

0:02:17 > 0:02:19What would you say to them?

0:02:19 > 0:02:22The point is to know that you don't have to get a ball and run

0:02:22 > 0:02:23across the Irish Sea.

0:02:23 > 0:02:24You really don't.

0:02:24 > 0:02:27It can be something as small as going for a walk,

0:02:27 > 0:02:28a run, a swim, a cycle.

0:02:28 > 0:02:31It doesn't matter what it is, but just do something.

0:02:31 > 0:02:39Take part, raise some money for Sport Relief and get involved.

0:02:39 > 0:02:42You've been getting in touch to let us know what you're doing to support

0:02:42 > 0:02:44Sport Relief.

0:02:44 > 0:02:48Ellie in Dudley is running two miles while wearing her pyjamas!

0:02:48 > 0:02:51Mahek's been in touch to tell us about his PE teachers' football

0:02:51 > 0:02:57marathon - they're playing from sunrise til sunset.

0:02:57 > 0:02:59And Jake in London is doing a danceathon.

0:02:59 > 0:03:00Sounds like fun!

0:03:21 > 0:03:22faces on the grid.

0:03:22 > 0:03:25Ricky's been looking ahead.

0:03:26 > 0:03:28I'm very, very excited, looking forward to getting back

0:03:28 > 0:03:30in and the challenges that I'm going to face this year

0:03:30 > 0:03:32are all unknown.

0:03:32 > 0:03:33I know that it's going to be difficult.

0:03:33 > 0:03:35It will be a tough challenge.

0:03:35 > 0:03:37But it will be a great battle.

0:03:41 > 0:03:45a record number - and a first Grand Prix in Azerbaijan.

0:03:45 > 0:03:48Three new drivers are set to make their debuts, too.

0:04:09 > 0:04:12and a dream come true so I can't wait to get started.

0:04:12 > 0:04:14Although Mercedes may still be the team to beat,

0:04:14 > 0:04:17one team smelling the fresh scent of burning rubber will be US-owned

0:04:17 > 0:04:21Haas, with Frenchman Romain Grosjean and Mexico's Esteban Gutierrez

0:04:21 > 0:04:26in the driving seats of the new team on the grid.

0:04:26 > 0:04:29Ferrari's new car has been fast in testing so far.

0:04:29 > 0:04:32Qualifying this weekend will tell us if the Prancing Horse can match

0:04:32 > 0:04:35the might of the Mercedes engine.

0:04:35 > 0:04:37In the hope of making the sport more exciting,

0:04:37 > 0:04:40F1 bosses have decided to introduce a new elimination-style qualifying

0:04:40 > 0:04:41system.

0:04:41 > 0:04:45The new system will see drivers knocked out every 90 seconds

0:04:45 > 0:04:49in the closing minutes of each of the three qualifying sessions.

0:04:49 > 0:04:51So who's going to win it?

0:04:59 > 0:05:01Lewis Hamilton will win the World Championship again.

0:05:01 > 0:05:05I just think he's slightly too good for Nico Rosberg in that car.

0:05:05 > 0:05:06It will be tougher for him this year.

0:05:06 > 0:05:09I think his main challenge will come from Sebastian Vettel

0:05:09 > 0:05:10in the Ferrari.

0:05:10 > 0:05:13I think Nico Rosberg's going to win the drivers' title this year.

0:05:13 > 0:05:16He was on a roll at the end of 2015, winning the last three races,

0:05:16 > 0:05:19the last six pole positions, and everything we've seen in winter

0:05:19 > 0:05:22testing so far suggests that he really is getting on well

0:05:22 > 0:05:26with the latest Mercedes.

0:05:26 > 0:05:27Next to France for a sporting challenge with a difference.

0:05:32 > 0:05:34Finally, after all that sporting effort, how about a sweet treat?

0:05:34 > 0:05:37A chocolate maker in Croatia has created an eco-friendly chocolate.

0:05:37 > 0:05:40Using old-fashioned techniques, ecologically-certified cocoa beans

0:05:40 > 0:05:43and special equipment he's invented himself,

0:05:43 > 0:05:47Marinko Biskic's eco-treat takes 50 hours to make.
