0:04:04 > 0:04:08So I watched London 2012, and I saw athletes like David Weir and Hannah

0:04:08 > 0:04:10Cockroft racing and at the time, I didn't realise people with

0:04:10 > 0:04:11disabilities could do athletics.

0:04:11 > 0:04:15No, I enjoyed watching it but I just have absolutely no idea so after

0:04:15 > 0:04:17watching that, I realise there was a racing group like five

0:04:17 > 0:04:20minutes away from where I lived so it seemed

0:04:20 > 0:04:21so meant to be and it was

0:04:21 > 0:04:24crazy, like my first season, I was racing against Hannah Cockroft

0:04:24 > 0:04:26already and it was just an amazing year.

0:04:38 > 0:04:38The apartments are amazing.

0:04:38 > 0:04:42There's nice areas to chill out with people and you get to bump

0:04:42 > 0:04:44into like so many famous Paralympians in the lift

0:04:44 > 0:04:46then things and it's a really special atmosphere,

0:04:46 > 0:04:48almost like being at a family and you come

0:04:48 > 0:04:50back to the apartment with your medal, everyone is always like

0:04:50 > 0:04:51congratulations and things.

0:04:51 > 0:04:53It just feels like home.

0:04:53 > 0:04:54My friends have been so amazing.

0:04:54 > 0:04:55They are so supportive.

0:04:55 > 0:04:57Before and after every race, they say good luck

0:04:57 > 0:04:59or congratulations, lots of Snapchat and things like

0:04:59 > 0:05:01that and it has been really good.

0:05:01 > 0:05:03I will be going back into year 11 so I'll

0:05:03 > 0:05:05have my mock GCSEs to do and my

0:05:05 > 0:05:09school have been so supportive and I can't wait to come back to them all

0:05:09 > 0:05:10and show them my medal.

0:05:10 > 0:05:12What advice would you give anyone who has

0:05:12 > 0:05:15watched these games, what do they have to do to become

0:05:15 > 0:05:16a Paralympic medallist?

0:05:16 > 0:05:18I think just to try your best and take every single

0:05:18 > 0:05:19opportunity you can.

0:05:19 > 0:05:22So if you like any these sports and think, wow, I

0:05:22 > 0:05:26really want to do it, go out there, try buying clubs, just all and try

0:05:26 > 0:05:28to get as much experience as you can.

0:05:28 > 0:05:29Most importantly, give it your

0:05:29 > 0:05:32best because that is what I did in all my races, I gave

0:05:32 > 0:05:34it my all and I absolutely surprised myself so you

0:05:34 > 0:05:44just never know what you can achieve when you just try your hardest.

0:05:45 > 0:05:46Nice one, what a superstar.

0:05:46 > 0:05:49Next to the man who travelled 6,000 miles from India

0:05:51 > 0:05:54Engineer Naveen Rabelli took seven months to do the trip,

0:05:54 > 0:05:57using solar power, and taking the time to see the sights

0:05:57 > 0:05:59of London when he arrived, even going past Buckingham Palace.

0:05:59 > 0:06:00That's all from the team, for now, but Newsround's back
