:01:43. > :01:47.There are so many things you can learn from sport.
:01:48. > :01:57.You make friends for life and gain confidence.
:01:58. > :01:59.Go out, enjoy yourself and do everything possible.

:02:40. > :02:43.dedication, sometimes sacrifice, give it everything you've got. You
:02:44. > :02:48.also have to have self belief and enjoyed what you do, enjoy life.
:02:49. > :02:51.Now to a nine-year-old girl who's inspired the world
:02:52. > :02:56.A video of her giving a passionate speech about how black people
:02:57. > :02:58.are being treated in America has touched millions.
:02:59. > :03:00.And she's been giving us her message for other children.
:03:01. > :03:11.Tensions have been running high recently across America, with people
:03:12. > :03:16.protesting about how black people are being treated by the police. It
:03:17. > :03:21.comes after a number of shootings in America involving black people and
:03:22. > :03:25.police officers. A nine-year-old girl has caught the world's
:03:26. > :03:31.attention, though. Zianna Oliphant spoke about how she thinks black
:03:32. > :03:33.people are treated at a community meeting in Charlotte, North
:03:34. > :03:40.Carolina. I've come here today to talk about how I feel. I feel like
:03:41. > :03:47.we are treated differently than other people. I don't like how we're
:03:48. > :03:53.treated. Just because of our colour, doesn't mean anything to me. Her
:03:54. > :03:58.passion and bravery had been praised all around the world. She had this
:03:59. > :04:03.message for other children. For all the children in the world that feel
:04:04. > :04:07.sad, you can be the best you can be. You can be anything you want to be,
:04:08. > :04:16.just work hard to be the leader that you can be. Do not ever, never be
:04:17. > :04:22.another person. Be yourself. And just... Just speak from your heart
:04:23. > :04:26.if you have something. Never, never leave things on your chest. Tell it
:04:27. > :04:31.to a person that you really, really trust. Awesome.

:04:41. > :04:43.from a rescue team after her baby got stuck in a special net designed
:04:44. > :04:46.to catch sharks before they get too close to the shore.
:04:47. > :04:48.Two patrol teams went out on rubber dinghies and cut
:04:49. > :04:53.The rescue lasted about 30 minutes, and mum and baby are doing fine.
