0:01:21 > 0:01:27Her Olympics are over after she fell on both her qualifying runs

0:02:17 > 0:02:19so we've travelled around the country to hear some

0:02:19 > 0:02:20of your inspiring stories.

0:02:20 > 0:02:23One of those we met was Jack ? he struggled to learn to talk

0:02:23 > 0:02:26when he was young but it was music that really helped him.

0:02:26 > 0:02:27Watch this.

0:02:27 > 0:02:29I have ADHD, dyspraxia and autism.

0:02:29 > 0:02:30I have problems communicating with children.

0:02:30 > 0:02:31And making friends.

0:02:31 > 0:02:32Hello.

0:02:32 > 0:02:33My name's Jack.

0:02:33 > 0:02:37I'm ten years old and when I was little, I was not able to speak.

0:02:37 > 0:02:39And I had speech and language therapy, but that

0:02:39 > 0:02:41didn't really help me.

0:02:41 > 0:02:44I used to do head-banging whenever I wanted something.

0:02:44 > 0:02:46I had to wear a red solid helmet.

0:02:46 > 0:02:48It was just so sad for me.

0:02:48 > 0:02:51I just hated it.

0:02:51 > 0:02:54My first music lesson, a singing teacher was playing

0:02:54 > 0:02:58the piano and then I started to sing la la la.

0:02:58 > 0:03:00I was like, oh, my God!

0:03:00 > 0:03:02I can speak!

0:03:02 > 0:03:05But basically, I had to learn a word by singing it,

0:03:05 > 0:03:07and then speaking it.

0:03:07 > 0:03:10So once I've got a word, I've got it for basically like life.

0:03:10 > 0:03:14Music really relaxes me, because when I'm getting

0:03:14 > 0:03:18all stressed, it's like someone's putting a spell on me that I can,

0:03:18 > 0:03:21like, music makes me so happy.

0:03:21 > 0:03:26If there is any other children like me who have problems speaking,

0:03:26 > 0:03:28find something that will relax you like for example drawing

0:03:28 > 0:03:35or music or anything that will relax you.

0:03:35 > 0:03:39Now I start speaking, my mum says I never stopped speaking.

0:03:39 > 0:03:42And I think that's because I need to make up for all the years

0:03:42 > 0:03:45when I wasn't speaking.

0:03:45 > 0:03:48And if you enjoyed that and want to see more

0:03:48 > 0:03:50stories like Jack's, you can head over to Newsround

0:03:50 > 0:03:54online and check these videos out.

0:03:54 > 0:03:56We've all got things we like to do with our family,

0:03:56 > 0:04:00like having a meal together or going for a walk.

0:04:00 > 0:04:04Well we've been to meet one family who spend time

0:04:04 > 0:04:05together, just clowning around.

0:04:05 > 0:04:08Have a look at this.

0:04:08 > 0:04:16There are three clowns in my family.

0:04:19 > 0:04:25I'm one of the luckiest fathers alive to have the opportunity

0:04:25 > 0:04:26and the chance just to perform and have a fantastic

0:04:26 > 0:04:31time with my family.

0:04:31 > 0:04:34I've seen the same routines Dad has about a hundred million and one

0:04:34 > 0:04:39times, but it's all right, the girls really enjoy it,

0:04:39 > 0:04:42and the girls have always got things to show, and they're always really

0:04:42 > 0:04:45proud of things that they do with their dad.

0:04:45 > 0:04:51He rings bells or something.

0:04:51 > 0:04:52Sorry.

0:04:52 > 0:04:53I'm trying to do this!

0:04:53 > 0:04:55I'm trying to do it.

0:04:55 > 0:04:56I'm trying to do bells and...

0:04:56 > 0:04:58I'm very proud dad.

0:04:58 > 0:04:58More than proud.

0:04:58 > 0:05:03When I see them having fun and enjoying themselves,

0:05:03 > 0:05:07and when I see people smiling, I'm smiling and I'm having fun.

0:05:07 > 0:05:10Daddy.

0:05:10 > 0:05:18He is great, and he's funny, and he does silly jokes.

0:05:30 > 0:05:35Blackpool this weekend.

0:05:35 > 0:05:37This amazing murmeration of starlings swooped

0:05:37 > 0:05:38on the seaside town, making on wonderful forms

0:05:38 > 0:05:41and shapes like giant waves rising from the water.

0:05:41 > 0:05:44The birds gather together to keep safe and warm and scientists think

0:05:44 > 0:05:47they swap information about where to find food.

0:05:47 > 0:05:53That's it from me.
