:00:33. > :00:35.It says people who have been bullied are twice as likely to go

:00:43. > :00:48.Joining me is Alex Holmes, who is an anti-bullying campaigner.

:00:49. > :00:56.Tell us what else we have learned from this survey? The report found

:00:57. > :01:00.that half of young people said they had been bullied in the last year,

:01:01. > :01:05.with many saying it was affecting them and making them ill. This shows

:01:06. > :01:06.you how important it is to stop bullying because of the impact it is

:01:13. > :01:16.sometimes people can feel insecure, so they upset other people to feel

:01:33. > :01:35.on the website. And they are right. The young people in the report is

:01:36. > :01:38.thought that maybe people were bullied because they were jealous or

:01:39. > :01:41.the person they were bullying was different and they did not

:01:42. > :01:44.understand the difference. But they also realise that sometimes when you

:01:45. > :01:47.believe you might be going through a difficult time yourself. So if you

:01:48. > :01:53.are watching this and thinking you have treated everyone the right way,

:01:54. > :01:57.you can speak to someone about how you are feeling, or apologise. Maybe

:01:58. > :02:02.you are angry or upset and you need some help.

:02:03. > :02:05.Millie says if you're being bullied it's best to tell an adult

:02:06. > :02:10.Mahek, from London, agrees with this, but also says "don't

:02:11. > :02:18.It is quite difficult to know what to do when you're feeling upset.

:02:19. > :02:21.What advice do you have? It is difficult, but Millie is right, the

:02:22. > :02:33.moment you speak out is the moment things get better. Find someone, a

:02:34. > :02:36.mother, a father, a teacher, a dinner lady, but don't fight back,

:02:37. > :02:43.that will just make things worse. There's loads more help
