:00:07. > :00:09.Hi, guys, Leah here, live from Rio on another big day at the World Cup

:00:10. > :00:23.Hello and welcome to sunny Rio where the World Cup party is still

:00:24. > :00:35.It is a winter time here, so we do get the odd downpour. But that

:00:36. > :00:42.hasn't stopped fans going out to celebrate this tournament with their

:00:43. > :00:46.flags, mostly it is chilly fans, but the focus is on England to go into

:00:47. > :00:48.tonight's match knowing that if they lose, they could be out of the

:00:49. > :00:56.tournament. The game is in Brazil's biggest

:00:57. > :01:00.city, Sao Paolo, and we can cross to their live now to speak to

:01:01. > :01:07.BBC Sport's Natalie Pirks. It is cold and wet here, but England

:01:08. > :01:12.are upbeat and confidence. They think if they play the same way a

:01:13. > :01:17.Saturday, they will beat Uruguay. England have a young side packed

:01:18. > :01:28.full of attackers. But they have only beating Uruguay 3 times in 10

:01:29. > :01:32.attempts. They wouldn't be talking today, putting or friendship aside

:01:33. > :01:36.as they try and win this game here tonight. England haven't lost at the

:01:37. > :01:46.group stages of the World Cup since 1958. Both sides will treat this

:01:47. > :01:51.game like a World Cup final. Thank you.

:01:52. > :01:54.Well, despite that defeat to Italy in their first game

:01:55. > :01:57.there seems to be a fair amount of optimism about England's chances.

:01:58. > :01:58.Former captain Rio Ferdinand's been telling me

:01:59. > :02:11.Be positive and when you get in the final 3rd, gets the ball into

:02:12. > :02:16.danger. The young players who got going out, they announced themselves

:02:17. > :02:20.in terms of being fearless and going out and having the will to receive

:02:21. > :02:29.the ball and take people on. That is a good thing. Brazil is a nation

:02:30. > :02:36.that loves football, it is everywhere. There are street

:02:37. > :02:40.parties. I wanted to find out what it is like for children growing up

:02:41. > :02:46.here when a World Cup has swept up the nation.

:02:47. > :02:53.Brazil is a fascinating country. Full of colour and energy. During

:02:54. > :02:58.that time, I have tried to capture some of that by taking lots of

:02:59. > :03:02.pictures on my phone. But now I want to find out what it is like growing

:03:03. > :03:07.up here as a kid and whether hosting the World Cup has had an impact on

:03:08. > :03:11.their lives. Over 500,000 fans from around the world are expected to

:03:12. > :03:19.visit Brazil during the World Cup. What is its like having football's

:03:20. > :03:24.biggest show here? Very glad to have it in Brazil. Many people come to

:03:25. > :03:30.see the games. I hope to make friends from other countries here.

:03:31. > :03:38.At the beach, I only see Argentinian 's, they come by car, they love

:03:39. > :03:43.football. Brazil has its problems, too. Crime is a big worry for kids,

:03:44. > :03:49.particularly those who live in big cities. A lot of things worry me. We

:03:50. > :04:00.don't know what will happen in the next 5 minutes, in the next day or

:04:01. > :04:08.the next week. We need to have... People think it is safe, but we know

:04:09. > :04:13.it is not. People can rob you, you don't know. But like kids in the UK,

:04:14. > :04:20.these boys have hopes and dreams for the future. I want to be a

:04:21. > :04:27.journalist, because I write very well and I speak very well. I would

:04:28. > :04:32.like to be a pilots. Although they lived more than 5000 miles for most

:04:33. > :04:42.of you, your lies perhaps have more in common than you think. -- lifes

:04:43. > :04:49.perhaps have. A bit of a break-up there in the

:04:50. > :05:01.picture because of the weather. You can find out more about the game and

:05:02. > :05:02.the World Cup online. You can leave your predictions online.

:05:03. > :05:05.Mohamed says, ?I think Sturridge will score at least one,? and Shane

:05:06. > :05:07.thinks 2-0 to England, if Suarez doesn't play for Uruguay.

:05:08. > :05:33.But what does Newsround's very own predicting parrot, Ronaldo, think?

:05:34. > :05:40.Shame on you, run our lives. Here's hoping he is not right.

:05:41. > :05:42.Luckily, he's not the only one with an opinion and so

:05:43. > :05:57.from Rio I'll leave you with what some of you, back home, are thinking

:05:58. > :06:01.I think England have a chance. I think Uruguay. 1-0 to England.
