:01:08. > :01:10.It's a major talking point ahead of next week's big vote
:01:11. > :01:14.on whether the UK should stay in or leave a club of countries
:01:15. > :01:25.This is Southampton on the south coast of England. It is famous for
:01:26. > :01:29.its major port, worships taken to Europe, and the rest of the world.
:01:30. > :01:33.This part of Southampton has seen a lot of changes over the past ten
:01:34. > :01:38.years or so. This is the typical high street. All the usual shops
:01:39. > :01:41.like a supermarket and fast food restaurants, but within the mix also
:01:42. > :01:45.some shops that have opened up to serve the Polish community who moved
:01:46. > :01:48.over here over the last few years. It's not uncommon to hear someone
:01:49. > :01:53.speaking a different line which is walking down this street. Now, one
:01:54. > :01:57.in ten people living here came from another country within the European
:01:58. > :02:05.Union. That's a much higher number than most other parts of the UK. And
:02:06. > :02:12.Polish. I moved here when I was three. I was born in England and I'm
:02:13. > :02:16.a little bit Italian. I am mainly English at Italian as well. At the
:02:17. > :02:20.school, there are kids for more than 30 different countries, many inside
:02:21. > :02:23.the EU. There is a whole range of light would have spoken here. I have
:02:24. > :02:29.come here to find out what these kids think about immigration. All
:02:30. > :02:31.right, everyone? I think immigration is good because other people that
:02:32. > :02:36.actually afford to live in their own country can come here. But it's kind
:02:37. > :02:41.of bad at the same time because we are getting kind of the liver here.
:02:42. > :02:45.A lot of immigrants come to get a better quality of life. That might
:02:46. > :02:49.have a negative impact on people who are already living here. We have
:02:50. > :02:55.lived as British will stop we have lived here and then new people, it's
:02:56. > :03:00.of history a change. Some people don't like change. They're coming up
:03:01. > :03:04.to help us and they are working. We are becoming a team that it's making
:03:05. > :03:09.it better. I think immigration is good as long as its controls. What
:03:10. > :03:13.kind of impact you think it can have? Hospitals. Maybe everyone
:03:14. > :03:18.cannot get the help they need. There's not enough jobs to go around
:03:19. > :03:21.for everyone. And give people an opportunity to study here and to get
:03:22. > :03:26.new opportunities to do different things they wouldn't usually do.
:03:27. > :03:30.That's what they think. Campaigners who want the UK to leave the
:03:31. > :03:34.European Union said the number of people arriving from other EU
:03:35. > :03:39.countries is getting out of control and is having a bad effect on
:03:40. > :03:44.schools and hospitals. There was you want the UK to stay in disagree.
:03:45. > :03:47.They say immigrants help to pay towards public services. Over the
:03:48. > :03:51.last week, I've spoken to loads of children in Poland and here in the
:03:52. > :03:54.UK about what they think of immigration. It is one of the most
:03:55. > :04:00.important and controversial issues for voters. Lots of adults will be
:04:01. > :04:04.thinking about it. They will decide whether the UK should remain in or

:05:40. > :05:42.been named Tigger. If no owner is found, the pilot says he will keep.
