:00:16. > :00:18.British Astronaut Tim Peake is home on planet Earth.

:00:19. > :00:23.Here's the story of his journey back from space.

:00:24. > :00:26.A final goodbye for Major Tim Peake as he waves farewell to the ISS,

:00:27. > :00:33.Along with two crewmates, he boarded the Soyuz space capsule

:00:34. > :00:35.which would transport him back to planet Earth.

:00:36. > :00:51.The capsule travelled up to four times the speed of sound

:00:52. > :00:54.As the spacecraft neared the Earth, these helicopter pictures

:00:55. > :00:57.Although it was slowed by a parachute and reverse boosters

:00:58. > :01:00.to cushion its landing, a bumpy finish was guaranteed.

:01:01. > :01:03.Landing safely in the open space of Kazakhstan in Asia.

:01:04. > :01:06.After six months of weightlessness, the feeling of gravity

:01:07. > :01:10.So a special team was on hand to help Tim out of the capsule.

:01:11. > :01:15.It's great to be back. It has been a fantastic journey.

:01:16. > :01:19.Next, a bit of cooling down after the sweltering heat

:01:20. > :01:23.of the journey and a phone call home to say he had got back safely.

:01:24. > :01:34.It may take a few days before I feel warm again.

:01:35. > :01:38.I'm feeling a lot of dizziness and vertigo at the moment.

:01:39. > :01:42.Which is to be expected, that is normal after

:01:43. > :01:45.And those first few moments on the steppes of Kazakhstan,

:01:46. > :01:49.the smell and the breeze really hit me very hard and it was great

:01:50. > :01:52.to be back on Earth, it really was.

:01:53. > :01:55.This dude's name is Harrison and he's just collected a medal

:01:56. > :01:56.for completing a really, really tough challenge

:01:57. > :02:00.Harrison was born with a rare disability which

:02:01. > :02:04.So, along with his amazing dad Alex, he decided to do something

:02:05. > :02:08.special to try and help other people living with the condition.

:02:09. > :02:11.The boys started their challenge with a 2.4 mile swim

:02:12. > :02:20.Next Harrison hopped into a trailer and Superdad cycled 112 miles.

:02:21. > :02:23.And to finish things off, they added a front wheel

:02:24. > :02:26.to the trailer and Alex pushed Harrison in it

:02:27. > :02:29.for a full marathon distance of 26 miles.

:02:30. > :02:35.So how do they feel about what they did?

:02:36. > :02:44.It was a tough day! But it was 15 and a half hours that you don't get

:02:45. > :02:50.every day of the week, so I loved it. Absolutely loved it. And made me

:02:51. > :02:56.really proud to give Harrison that experience and to get an Ironman

:02:57. > :03:01.medal, which not many people get. So we give the money to scientists so

:03:02. > :03:08.they can... Find a treatment. To find the right treatment. How do you

:03:09. > :03:14.feel about what you are doing? I feel amazed. Dublin are doing all

:03:15. > :03:19.this to help me and other people. -- that we are doing.

:03:20. > :03:23.A wee bit of sport now, and lets take a little look at the Euros.

:05:00. > :05:09.lays plenty of eggs for breakfast, too. The sailor says he has adapted

:05:10. > :05:15.to live at the very well, even enjoy the occasional surf. -- she has

:05:16. > :05:18.adapted. What a lovely pair they make!

:05:19. > :05:24.Finally, a daredevil kitten who clung onto the bonnet of a car for

:05:25. > :05:30.300 miles. The stellar way held onto the lieutenant Nick's car from

:05:31. > :05:39.Birmingham Airport to Cornwall. The little kitty has been named and if

:05:40. > :05:44.no owner is found, the pilot says he will keep him. -- the stellar way.
