:03:04. > :03:08.But before you shared it, did you stop to think - is this real?

:03:09. > :03:11.Thousands of pictures, videos and articles

:03:12. > :03:19.This was one of the most shared posts during

:03:20. > :03:26.But guess what, Donald Trump never said it.

:03:27. > :03:35.Fake news, made up to get as many shares as possible.

:03:36. > :03:37.I've come to the social news and entertainment website

:03:38. > :03:43.There are people who purposely create fake stories and make things

:03:44. > :03:45.up in order to trick you into going onto their website

:03:46. > :03:48.and just clicking and sharing in order to make them

:03:49. > :03:56.So people make thousands of pounds through people like you and me

:03:57. > :04:04.Give us an example when fake news gets out of hand.

:04:05. > :04:07.One of our studies showed that during the US presidential election

:04:08. > :04:12.recently, more people were sharing fake news stories than real ones.

:04:13. > :04:17.And this was affecting the way people were voting.

:04:18. > :04:23.So that has a huge impact on the way we make decisions.

:04:24. > :04:26.How do we know what is real before we read or repost?

:04:27. > :04:29.What you can do is just double check the domain name.

:04:30. > :04:31.Sometimes people will create a domain name that looks similar

:04:32. > :04:40.If a story seems too good to be true, what you can do is check other

:04:41. > :04:46.If they are covering the story, it is probably true.

:04:47. > :04:48.If you cannot find the story anywhere else,

:04:49. > :04:55.The next time you see a yellow panda, think before you click

:05:24. > :05:28.It's expected to arrive at the space station on Wednesday.

:05:29. > :05:31.Back on Earth, and the "launching" of thousands of tomatoes

:05:32. > :05:35.in a huge tomato war in Chile in South America.

:05:36. > :05:43.100 tonnes of old tomatoes are put in a big ring,

:05:44. > :05:49.then people get to throw them at each other.
