:00:07. > :00:12.Good evening, I'm Leah, with your last update on Thursday.
:00:13. > :00:15.First to a story that has made headlines all over the world: a
:00:16. > :00:18.Malaysia Airlines plane that has been missing for almost two weeks.
:00:19. > :00:21.Search teams have been looking for the aircraft after it lost contact.
:00:22. > :00:24.Since then, there has been no trace of the plane, leaving investigators
:00:25. > :00:28.really confused, because it is so rare for something like this to
:00:29. > :00:31.happen. But now experts are checking out pictures of what they think
:00:32. > :00:34.could be wreckage in the sea near Australia. These satellite images
:00:35. > :00:39.show what investigators think could be parts of the missing plane. The
:00:40. > :00:44.grainy images were taken several days ago over the southern Indian
:00:45. > :00:48.Ocean. It is thought this could be the first major breakthrough in the
:00:49. > :00:51.search for the plane so far. There has been a huge search for the
:00:52. > :00:55.Malaysia Airlines plane, and 26 countries are now involved in the
:00:56. > :01:00.search, including the UK. Here's what we know so far. Flight MH370
:01:01. > :01:05.took off from Kuala Lumpur on the 8th of March and not long afterwards
:01:06. > :01:08.it stopped all communication. When the plane didn't arrive in Beijing,
:01:09. > :01:13.teams from nearby countries started to search areas around Malaysia. But
:01:14. > :01:18.then, as the days went on, the search got a lot bigger, but still
:01:19. > :01:21.nothing came up. Some people criticised the way the Malaysian
:01:22. > :01:25.authorities were handling the investigation. But now Australian
:01:26. > :01:31.officials think they have found something, about 1,500 miles off the
:01:32. > :01:36.coast of western Australia. There are two objects in the pictures.
:01:37. > :01:40.It's far from clear what they are. One is 24 metres across. The other
:01:41. > :01:45.one is smaller than that. They haven't been able to pick up any
:01:46. > :01:51.markings on it. But they are saying it could be part of the plane.
:01:52. > :01:54.That's why they've deployed a number of surveillance planes in the area,
:01:55. > :01:59.and also some of their ships, as well. We're still waiting to find
:02:00. > :02:03.out for sure if this is a part of the missing plane. It's still not
:02:04. > :02:07.clear what happened and why contact was lost. But losing touch with an
:02:08. > :02:13.airline happens so rarely, and that's the reason the world has been
:02:14. > :02:16.gripped by this mystery. And if you're worried or upset about

:02:24. > :02:27.OK, next to a story about a climbing duo, a safety rope and one of the
:02:28. > :02:31.world's biggest caves: American and German climbers Chris and Stefan set
:02:32. > :02:35.out on a mission to climb up this huge cave in Oman in the Middle
:02:36. > :02:37.East. With only a safety rope as their security, it was a risky
:02:38. > :02:41.challenge that had never been attempted before. The pair had some
:02:42. > :02:45.scary moments but managed to reach the top successfully after two
:02:46. > :02:49.weeks. That's all from me, but, Little Mix
