:00:09. > :00:19.Newsround of the day! Coming up, wanna be a gymnast? We've got top

:00:19. > :00:25.tips from Beth Tweddle. And why this Dalek is visiting Yorkshire! This is

:00:25. > :00:29.Newsround. But first, to America where police

:00:29. > :00:33.hunting a man they think was behind last week's terrible bomb attacks at

:00:33. > :00:38.the Boston Marathon, have captured their suspect. The 19-year-old was

:00:38. > :00:41.arrested last night after officers found him hiding in a garden.

:00:41. > :00:46.Another suspect, the man's brother, died after being shot by police

:00:46. > :00:51.yesterday. It was a worrying time for people in Boston who were told

:00:51. > :00:54.to stay indoors while police carried out their search. Many came onto the

:00:54. > :01:03.streets to cheer officers when they heard the news of the arrest of the

:01:03. > :01:11.bombing suspect. And President Obama made this statement. The wounded,

:01:11. > :01:15.some of who will never learn how to stand and walk and live again, have

:01:15. > :01:22.an answer. Why have instructed the intelligence community to continue

:01:22. > :01:25.to deploy all the necessary resources to support the

:01:25. > :01:28.investigation and to collect intelligence and protect our

:01:29. > :01:31.citizens. The two suspects are thought to have lived in America for

:01:32. > :01:35.around ten years, and have family links to the Russian region of

:01:35. > :01:38.Chechnya. Three people died and more than 170 were hurt when two bombs

:01:38. > :01:41.went off near the finishing line of the Boston Marathon on Monday. And

:01:41. > :01:44.it's important to remember that events like this are very rare, but

:01:44. > :01:47.if there's anything that upsets you in the news there's help and advice

:01:47. > :01:51.on our website. Moving on, and a powerful earthquake

:01:51. > :01:54.has hit the south west of China. Hundreds of people have been injured

:01:54. > :01:57.and more than 100 died when the quake struck overnight. Many

:01:57. > :02:02.buildings were destroyed and rescue teams are trying to help find anyone

:02:02. > :02:05.who might be trapped in the rubble. Next, in an exclusive interview with

:02:05. > :02:11.Newsround, Olympic champion Jessica Ennis says competing at the London

:02:11. > :02:14.Anniversary Games will be "really special". Three days of star-studded

:02:14. > :02:22.athletics at the Olympic Park from the 26 July will mark one year from

:02:22. > :02:27.the London 2012 opening ceremony. Usain Bolt, Mo Farah and Greg

:02:27. > :02:31.Rutherford will be taking part as well as Jess. And the event has been

:02:31. > :02:39.so popular, that tickets for the first two days sold out in just over

:02:39. > :02:44.an hour! To have the one-year anniversary, and to fill the stadium

:02:44. > :02:49.again, perhaps with people who did not have the opportunity to see the

:02:49. > :02:51.Olympics live, it is going to be a really special day.

:02:51. > :02:54.There's more from Jess on our website and sticking with top

:02:54. > :03:04.Olympians, Newsround's been chatting to the brilliant Beth Tweddle. She's

:03:04. > :03:08.

:03:08. > :03:12.got some top tips for you on how to become a gymnastics great! I am an

:03:12. > :03:18.Olympic -- I am better level, Olympic medal winning gymnast. At

:03:18. > :03:22.first got involved in gymnastics, was seven. By was full of energy.

:03:22. > :03:29.Tried ballet and horse riding and swimming, but gymnastics was

:03:29. > :03:32.something that I've really enjoyed. Can she worked her magic here?

:03:33. > :03:37.get involved in gymnastics, you need to do is take along a friend and

:03:37. > :03:41.find a local club. When you start doing gymnastics, you will not do

:03:41. > :03:46.all the tricks you see me do. They will start off with the basics, like

:03:46. > :03:51.forward rolls and handstands. As the basics improve, the coach will start

:03:51. > :03:56.to enter you into competitions. For me, this is the best part of

:03:56. > :03:59.gymnastics. You get to show everyone exactly how good you are at

:03:59. > :04:02.gymnastics and how hard you have been working. To become a top

:04:02. > :04:08.athlete and go to the other big games takes a lot of hard work and

:04:09. > :04:13.dedication. I have two train six days a week, about 30 hours. It is

:04:13. > :04:17.not just about how hard work, it is about what I eat in the amount of

:04:17. > :04:21.energy I'd give my body to train. This is some of the food of Leeds

:04:21. > :04:26.during a typical day. With a training programme and good food

:04:26. > :04:29.inside you, who knows what is possible? That was tremendous!

:04:29. > :04:32.Thousands of people will be putting in their last bit of training, maybe

:04:32. > :04:35.eating a bowl of pasta or simply resting their legs ahead of

:04:35. > :04:40.tomorrow's London marathon. Among the big names taking part in the

:04:40. > :04:42.race will be Paralympic legend David Weir. He's aiming to beat Tanni

:04:42. > :04:52.Grey-Thompson's record and win the London marathon for the seventh

:04:52. > :04:53.

:04:53. > :04:57.time. I am one of these people that does not want to be equal with

:04:57. > :05:00.everyone -- with anyone. I've would rather have the record myself. It

:05:00. > :05:04.will be tough as everyone will be trying to beat me after what

:05:04. > :05:10.happened in London. Lots of people were disappointed that they did not

:05:10. > :05:12.win medals. Because I want them all. Do you know someone doing the

:05:12. > :05:16.marathon tomorrow? Are they raising money for charity? Running in fancy

:05:16. > :05:17.dress? Head to the Newsround website to leave your messages to them, and

:05:17. > :05:21.we'll read some out in tomorrow's bulletins.

:05:21. > :05:25.Have you tried our new quiz, 1D Or Waxwork? Head to the Newsround

:05:25. > :05:29.website to see if you can tell the real boys from their waxy imposters?

:05:29. > :05:34.I only got four out of five. And while we're playing spot the

:05:34. > :05:38.difference, which is the real Dalek? Well, this guy on the right is the

:05:38. > :05:46.imposter. The replica Dalek has been seen out and about in the Yorkshire
