:01:11. > :01:17.But people who want to leave the EU say it forces too many rules

:03:31. > :03:32.At the moment, Riley speaks using a special computer he controls

:03:40. > :03:42.things around his house, using his eyes.

:03:43. > :03:45.Now it's time for Riley to really put the tech to the test.
