:00:00. > :00:07.Hi, I'm Ricky with your morning Newsround. Here's what's coming up:
:00:08. > :00:10.It's Sport Relief today and the celebrity challenges are more
:00:11. > :00:11.extreme than ever. You've been telling us what you're
:00:12. > :00:24.doing to raise money. Hello, we're in Africa!
:00:25. > :00:27.And Little Mix find out how the money raised goes to help some of
:00:28. > :00:31.the world's poorest children. This is Newsround!
:00:32. > :00:34.First, though, the search continues this morning for debris that may
:00:35. > :00:37.have come from a Malaysia Airlines plane that went missing almost two
:00:38. > :00:40.weeks ago. Investigators are concentrating on an area in the
:00:41. > :00:43.southern Indian Ocean about 1500 miles from Australia, where
:00:44. > :00:49.satellite images showed two items that they think could be debris from
:00:50. > :00:52.the plane. But bad weather has meant the search has gone slowly and
:00:53. > :00:55.investigators still aren't sure whether it is wreckage from the
:00:56. > :00:58.missing plane or not. It's extremely rare for something like this to
:00:59. > :01:02.happen, and that's why investigators are so baffled as to where the plane
:01:03. > :01:05.could have gone. To find out more on this story, head
:01:06. > :01:09.over to the Newsround website, where we've got a full report. And if
:01:10. > :01:17.anything you see in the news upsets you, there's help and advice for you
:01:18. > :01:20.there, too. It's Sport Relief today, and we're
:01:21. > :01:24.asking you over on the Newsround website what you're doing today to
:01:25. > :01:27.raise money. Connor from Essex says he'll be swimming 200 lengths, which
:01:28. > :01:30.is about three miles, for Sport Relief, and he's trying to get
:01:31. > :01:34.sponsors! Abbie from Cardiff is doing a triathlon event, dying her
:01:35. > :01:37.hair red and has already had a bake sale with her friends. They've
:01:38. > :01:40.already raised ?200. And Ruairi from London has made cakes is going into
:01:41. > :01:42.school as a famous sportsman. Nice one!
:01:43. > :01:46.Thanks for all those. Head online and let us know what you're up to to
:01:47. > :01:50.raise money today. That's on the Newsround website. And while you're
:01:51. > :01:53.there, you can find out loads more about tonight's fun and games, too.
:01:54. > :01:56.And if you're wondering where all the money raised goes to, then
:01:57. > :02:00.here's Little Mix with a bit more. They've been out to Liberia in
:02:01. > :02:03.Africa to see how Sport Relief cash is helping to transform the lives of
:02:04. > :02:06.some of the world's poorest children. Perrie, Jesy, Leigh-Anne
:02:07. > :02:09.and Jade visited a hospital for kids suffering from easily preventable
:02:10. > :02:11.but often life threatening diseases. Here's what they made of their time
:02:12. > :02:31.out there. Coming to Liberia has been in some
:02:32. > :02:35.ways different to what I thought but in a lot of ways I expected to see
:02:36. > :02:41.certain things. The things I expected are harder to see. No
:02:42. > :02:51.matter how much you prepare, you think, I have seen adverts, and then
:02:52. > :02:55.you get here and it is like, wow. It is very humbling. It is great
:02:56. > :03:00.grounding, especially for us four girls. We are in this bubble
:03:01. > :03:04.constantly. It is not really a real world for us. Then you come here and
:03:05. > :03:10.see how lucky we are and how awful it is for these children. We worry
:03:11. > :03:16.about the stupidest things at home. I don't know. There is so much going
:03:17. > :03:20.on in the world. I just feel like we take things for granted too much.
:03:21. > :03:31.Coming here if such a big eye-opener. So many things have made
:03:32. > :03:37.me smile, as upsetting as it is. Being here, everybody is so happy.
:03:38. > :03:42.Nobody gets down about it. The kids are so happy here. They are all
:03:43. > :03:45.smiling. It is just amazing. Like the whole community is just
:03:46. > :03:47.incredible. They are all there for each other. It is literally a
:03:48. > :04:03.different world. Sticking with sport, this morning
:04:04. > :04:06.will see the draw for the quarterfinals and semifinals of the
:04:07. > :04:09.Champions League. Chelsea and Manchester United are flying the
:04:10. > :04:13.flag for British clubs, and, with an open draw, they could end up facing
:04:14. > :04:16.each other. The draw's at 11 this morning, and it'll be followed by
:04:17. > :04:19.the Europa League draw, too. But there'll be no British interest
:04:20. > :04:22.there after Tottenham were knocked out last night. They needed to
:04:23. > :04:25.overcome a 3-1 deficit from the first leg against Benfica. But even
:04:26. > :04:31.though Nasser Chadli scored twice in a minute, Spurs ended up losing 5-3
:04:32. > :04:34.on aggregate. Oregon Zoo in America has three new
:04:35. > :04:38.arrivals to its colony of Humboldt penguins. The little creatures are
:04:39. > :04:42.the first hatchlings of the year for the zoo. They were born last week
:04:43. > :04:47.and are being cared for by the zookeepers, who say they're doing
:04:48. > :04:49.very well and eating plenty of food! That's all from me. Newsround's back
:04:50. > :04:57.this afternoon.
