:01:29. > :01:34.revolutionary technology. Just outside Bill bowl, professional

:01:35. > :01:43.surfers are having a go. It is unique. The wave is pushed up and

:01:44. > :01:49.out. We are able to create perfect waves every time. This could even

:01:50. > :01:57.make surfing an Olympic sport. You are watching the coach of the

:01:58. > :02:02.British team. To be able to come and surf the wave every minute, it will

:02:03. > :02:08.be huge benefit, not just to UK service but to anybody who wants to

:03:24. > :03:28.Girls, thank you for joining us this morning. What an incredible week.

:03:29. > :03:34.Talk us through what it has been like? It has been a bit crazy. We

:03:35. > :03:42.went to Bulgaria hoping for a team medal. In terms of individual

:03:43. > :03:47.medals, it is mad how many we have brought back. You have got a gold

:03:48. > :03:53.medal. You must be over the moon. I have been watching the clip over and

:03:54. > :03:58.over again. Talk us through the feeling when you got the gold medal

:03:59. > :04:05.around your neck? It still does not feel real. I am really happy. My

:04:06. > :04:10.hard work has paid off. Every final I missed, it was like I had not got

:04:11. > :04:16.there yet. I cannot believe it has come off. Ellie, you must be chuffed

:04:17. > :04:23.because you have got a gold, silver and a bronze! That is incredible!

:04:24. > :04:28.How are you feeling? It has not sunk in really. We were hoping for a team

:04:29. > :04:34.medal. I was expecting a vault medal because that is my strongest piece

:04:35. > :04:39.but I did not expect an all-around one. Why are we doing so well at

:04:40. > :04:44.gymnastics at the moment? We have had a lot of support from our

:04:45. > :04:50.coaches and after London 2012 we had more support and funding. Can you

:04:51. > :05:00.hold up your medals? We want to have a look. Thank you for coming in.

:05:01. > :05:02.Do join us at 8:15pm. See you then, bye-bye.
