0:00:47 > 0:00:50having won many medals in athletics.

0:00:50 > 0:00:53But they won't be adding to their medal tally

0:00:53 > 0:00:55this summer in Rio.

0:00:55 > 0:00:58The country's track and field team aren't allowed to compete

0:00:58 > 0:01:01in the Olympics because lots of them have been cheating.

0:01:01 > 0:01:03They have been found guilty of doping.

0:01:03 > 0:01:06That is when people use banned drugs to cheat and give themselves

0:01:09 > 0:01:13The Russian Olympic Committee and 68 athletes argued against the decision

0:01:44 > 0:01:47Allardyce has been at Sunderland for the last nine months,

0:01:47 > 0:01:50and managed to keep his team in the Premier League last season.

0:02:05 > 0:02:07Trampoline Gymnastics.

0:02:07 > 0:02:10The sport involves hurtling down a runway at top speed,

0:02:10 > 0:02:12before launching yourself into the air

0:02:12 > 0:02:14to perform a series of high-flying stunts.

0:02:17 > 0:02:19the national title in the Double Mini Trampoline

0:02:19 > 0:02:22to become the new British Champion.

0:02:22 > 0:02:24It feels really good.

0:02:24 > 0:02:26I am really happy with how I performed.

0:02:26 > 0:02:29I scored the best I have ever scored in a competition

0:02:29 > 0:02:32so I am really happy with how I did.

0:02:32 > 0:02:36I love running up to it and when I jump onto the trampoline

0:02:36 > 0:02:40and go really high, it feels really good.

0:02:40 > 0:02:43Now to one of the biggest and possibly friendliest films

0:02:43 > 0:02:44of the summer.

0:02:44 > 0:02:47Roald Dahl's classic book the BFG has been turned into a film.

0:02:47 > 0:02:50One of the stars of the movie is Ruby Barnhill who plays Sophie.

0:02:50 > 0:02:52Earlier, she came into the studio and Ayshah

0:02:52 > 0:02:54asked her some of your questions.

0:02:54 > 0:02:56Hope from Aberfeldy in Scotland wanted to know how Ruby felt

0:02:56 > 0:02:59during filming?

0:02:59 > 0:03:02I was really, really nervous when we started filming

0:03:02 > 0:03:05because it was such a big thing for me.

0:03:05 > 0:03:07I was unsure about everything.

0:03:07 > 0:03:10But then Steven, the director of the film and Mark who plays

0:03:10 > 0:03:13the BFG, and everyone on set made me feel really, really comfortable

0:03:13 > 0:03:16so that helped a lot.

0:03:16 > 0:03:18It must have helped a lot.

0:03:18 > 0:03:20Fara in Surrey asks, how did it feel to pretend

0:03:20 > 0:03:23there was an actual giant there when you were filming?

0:03:23 > 0:03:25What was that like to pretend?

0:03:25 > 0:03:28Mark Rylance was there all of the time actually,

0:03:28 > 0:03:31on a scissor lift, so I would have somebody to look at and Mark

0:03:31 > 0:03:35would kind of do the body movements of the BFG

0:03:35 > 0:03:38and the physical movements.

0:03:38 > 0:03:41But I think most actors and actresses would say

0:03:41 > 0:03:44it was quite unusual, but because this was my first film,

0:03:44 > 0:03:47it was interesting so I enjoyed it.

0:03:47 > 0:03:50One last one, Isabel in Devon says what is your

0:03:50 > 0:03:52favourite Roald Dahl book?

0:03:52 > 0:03:55The first Roald Dahl book I read was Fantastic Mr Fox...
