:01:06. > :01:09.haul from 2012, partly down to Mo Farah, who got his set second gold
:01:10. > :01:13.in the 5000 metres and what a race that was. He went to reassess the
:01:14. > :01:17.end and he did it. Nicola Adams got a gold as well. We'll be talking to
:01:18. > :01:20.her life in just a couple of minutes. If you missed any of the

:01:23. > :01:25.Last night, Mo Farah claimed gold in the 5000m.

:01:57. > :02:03.A special mention for the smiliest boxer in the world, Nicola Adams,
:02:04. > :02:06.who defended her title and got another gold.
:02:07. > :02:09.Nicola is the first British boxer to win two consecutive Olympic
:02:10. > :02:15.titles since 1924 and unsurprisingly, she couldn't keep
:02:16. > :02:20.The other gold of the day came from Liam Heath
:02:21. > :02:27.And in the women's triathlon, Vicky Holland claimed bronze as GB's
:02:28. > :02:34.But there was some bad news for Tom Daley, who made a shock exit
:02:35. > :02:38.in the 10m platform diving when he failed to
:02:39. > :02:42.Because it's the Olympic games, those five rings on the wall mean
:02:43. > :02:49.to be not in the final, to get the shot to go for that
:02:50. > :02:54.But it was a record-breaking day for Team GB and another
:02:55. > :03:11.It's not just about Team GB. Yesterday, the whole of Brazil went
:03:12. > :03:16.berserk because they won gold in the football. Everyone here went crazy.
