:00:11. > :00:16.Hello. I'm Jenny, live with all the news you need to know this Saturday.

:00:17. > :00:18.Keep watching or you'll miss all this:

:00:19. > :00:22.The houses which have more in common with frogs than you might think.

:00:23. > :00:27.And the two giant pandas making a big journey to Belgium.

:00:28. > :00:31.First to Ukraine, a country that looks on the brink of revolution. In

:00:32. > :00:33.the capital city Kiev, there have been weeks of demonstrations against

:00:34. > :00:37.the country's president, Victor Yanukovich. Those clashes turned

:00:38. > :00:40.more violent in the past few days, with dozens killed and many injured.

:00:41. > :00:47.A deal was signed yesterday, promising elections before the end

:00:48. > :00:53.of this year. But today things have moved even further on. At the

:00:54. > :00:56.moment, there is no sign of the president in the capital city. His

:00:57. > :01:00.official government buildings have been abandoned. As you can see from

:01:01. > :01:03.these live pictures, protestors still line the streets of Kiev,

:01:04. > :01:13.demanding that President Yanukovich resign immediately. They don't want

:01:14. > :01:16.any deals to be done. Not they will not except any

:01:17. > :01:23.agreements and demand that he stands down. Some people say he is hiding

:01:24. > :01:29.in a city in eastern Ukraine, loyal to the current government. Others

:01:30. > :01:34.say he has left the country altogether. Is no way to confirm or

:01:35. > :01:37.deny the reports. It is empty and calm in Kiev for now.

:01:38. > :01:41.We'll keep you updated on what happens as the day goes on and if

:01:42. > :01:44.you want to know more about what's been happening in Ukraine, head to

:01:45. > :01:48.the website where there's more detail on how this came about.

:01:49. > :01:51.Next, the recent flooding in the UK has caused chaos, and millions of

:01:52. > :01:55.pounds worth of damage. But rather than turning to sandbags in times of

:01:56. > :01:59.crisis, there could be a new way to build flood proof houses. In the

:02:00. > :02:02.Netherlands, they have built floating, amphibious homes that

:02:03. > :02:06.adapt to the rising water levels. Take a look at this.

:02:07. > :02:09.On the inside, they look like any regular house but on the outside the

:02:10. > :02:14.view tells you they are anything but. These are floating houses in

:02:15. > :02:18.the Netherlands built on cement blocks. When the water rises - so do

:02:19. > :02:28.the houses - making them flood-proof. Let's take a look

:02:29. > :02:34.around one. I am on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Is a floating community.

:02:35. > :02:43.The homes work on the basis of the Archimedes principle. Have a look at

:02:44. > :02:52.this view. If we go into the basement, life goes on below the

:02:53. > :02:57.surface of the lake. So is this something we should be doing in the

:02:58. > :03:03.UK, in areas at risk of flooding? We are looking at the possibilities in

:03:04. > :03:09.the UK. It is a combination of floating houses and amphibious

:03:10. > :03:20.houses. Like frogs, amphibious houses can live on land and on

:03:21. > :03:23.water. It does cost a bit more to build them but the idea is that

:03:24. > :03:26.spending more money making houses flood-proof means you won't have to

:03:27. > :03:29.pay the expensive clean-up costs that flooding can cause. Housing

:03:30. > :03:32.planners from Britain, America and India have already been over to the

:03:33. > :03:36.Netherlands to check out this buoyant idea. So it may be that in

:03:37. > :03:40.the future, this could be the view you wake up to in the morning.

:03:41. > :03:44.It's another big weekend of Six Nations rugby action. In today's

:03:45. > :03:49.early kick-off, Italy take on Scotland in Rome, with both sides

:03:50. > :03:53.looking for their first win. Last night, Wales put in a thumping win

:03:54. > :03:59.over France. A try from George North helped give the Welsh a healthy 20

:04:00. > :04:03.points to six lead at half-time. And when France had Louis Pickamole sent

:04:04. > :04:06.to the sin bin, Wales captain Sam Warburton made it over the line to

:04:07. > :04:09.finish the job. That result means Ireland are the

:04:10. > :04:11.only side unbeaten in the championship now. Centre Brian

:04:12. > :04:14.O'Driscoll will equal the world record for international caps with

:04:15. > :04:25.139, when his side take on England at Twickenham at 4pm.

:04:26. > :04:30.The home support will count in my side's favour. Twickenham is an

:04:31. > :04:37.inspirational place to play. You walk down the corridor of fans and

:04:38. > :04:41.it brings it home to the magnitude of the game.

:04:42. > :04:45.The Winter Olympics in Sochi draws to a close this weekend, and we now

:04:46. > :04:48.know who will have the honour of carrying Team GB's flag in

:04:49. > :04:51.tomorrow's closing ceremony. And it will be Lizzy Yarnold - the gold

:04:52. > :04:55.medal-winning skeleton superstar - who will wave the Union flag and

:04:56. > :04:59.lead her team-mates out in Sunday's grand finale to the Games.

:05:00. > :05:02.One British star who might be glad to see the back of these games is

:05:03. > :05:05.speed skater Elise Christie, who was disqualified for the third time

:05:06. > :05:09.yesterday. The Brit was penalised for a collision, in her 1,000 metre

:05:10. > :05:13.short track semifinal. Had she won GB's fifth medal, it would have been

:05:14. > :05:21.the nation's best ever total at a Winter Olympics. Afterwards she said

:05:22. > :05:28.she couldn't understand what had gone wrong.

:05:29. > :05:33.I am devastated. Not being given the chance to do the final, I can't

:05:34. > :05:42.believe it has happened again. I will come back in four years try

:05:43. > :05:46.again. I will work hard. Last up, two giant pandas from China

:05:47. > :05:50.are on their way to Belgium where they will be the star attractions in

:05:51. > :05:54.a zoo. Xing Hui, who's a boy, and Hao Hao, who's a girl, are both four

:05:55. > :05:57.years old and have been leased to the zoo in Belgium for 15 years.

:05:58. > :06:00.They will arrive tomorrow afternoon. That's all from me. Newsround is

:06:01. > :06:01.back at 1:30pm. Bye.
