:00:45. > :00:48.The Foxes are fighting relegation, after not winning a single match

:00:49. > :00:53.But in the Champions League, the team are playing against Spanish

:01:28. > :01:31.Next, the sport of rugby league is fast and furious.

:01:32. > :01:34.But now one team is looking to the dance world to give

:01:35. > :01:36.their future rugby stars an edge over their competition.

:01:37. > :01:54.Rugby league. It's for -- full of hard hits, big kicks, tremendous

:01:55. > :02:01.tries. And ballet? That's right. I said ballet. Rugby league club Wigan

:02:02. > :02:05.Warriors have made dance classes a regular feature of training for the

:02:06. > :02:10.young 16 to 19-year-old stars. When it first came about I think the lads

:02:11. > :02:14.thought it was a bit of fun that as we looked more into it, the American

:02:15. > :02:17.football teams have done it and we are looking at it from danger

:02:18. > :02:21.prevention because we get ankle injuries in Rugby league and this is

:02:22. > :02:26.one way to prevent it. At the players enjoyed swapping their rugby

:02:27. > :02:31.boots for ballet shoes? At first I was a bit shocked and surprised that

:02:32. > :02:35.we were doing it, but we got told it was not a joke and we were going to

:02:36. > :02:39.be doing this and I jumped right in. It gives us a break from the rugby

:02:40. > :02:45.and it's good for your mindset and it's good for your knees, and it's

:02:46. > :02:50.like people with ankle injuries, it can strengthen them. It's good

:02:51. > :02:53.training and despite what she might think, tough training. I've never

:02:54. > :02:59.had sore legs like I've had sore legs after doing this. I always talk

:03:00. > :03:05.to my sister and she does it as well, and she said teaching that is

:03:06. > :03:09.good. And there ballet teacher hopes more professional teams in the UK

:03:10. > :03:13.will eventually see the benefits as well. I have worked hard to try and

:03:14. > :03:17.look at where they are getting injured, what movements we can do to

:03:18. > :03:21.help strengthen, and they have worked so hard and the improvement

:03:22. > :03:23.in such a short time, they are sports people and they want to be

:03:24. > :03:29.good at everything, including ballet. These future stars will be

:03:30. > :03:32.hoping that ballet can help them dance their way to rugby success.

:03:33. > :03:35.One of the big parts of life at school is the friends

:03:36. > :03:39.But for two students living in Croatia, school life

:03:40. > :03:50.Meet Emma and Aaron, they go to school in different parts of Croatia

:03:51. > :03:57.but they have one very big thing in common. They are both the only

:03:58. > :04:02.student in their school. Ema and Alen live in remote areas away from

:04:03. > :04:06.big cities, and it sounds pretty lonely, right? Wrong. They've been

:04:07. > :04:10.writing to each other. I wrote to her that I prefer physical

:04:11. > :04:14.education, science class and mathematics but I love to play and

:04:15. > :04:19.look for mushrooms in the forest in my spare time. They have spoken by

:04:20. > :04:21.video call in class and their teachers are even planning for them

:04:22. > :04:26.to meet up. But it sounds like they won't be in this situation much

:04:27. > :04:29.longer. Both of them have more children joining their next term.

:04:30. > :04:30.Hopefully they will still keep in touch.

:04:31. > :04:33.A woman who found a rare five pound note worth loads of money has

:04:34. > :04:38.It had a portrait of Jane Austen, which is quite tricky to spot,

:04:39. > :04:41.but it was found in Enniskillen in Northern Ireland.

:04:42. > :04:43.It's been confirmed the money raised from it, thought

:04:44. > :04:47.to be around ?50,000, will be given to Children in Need.
