:01:44. > :01:48.our lives that we will ever truly own, so if we do not feel good about
:01:49. > :01:51.our bodies, that can affect our behaviour and the decisions that we

:02:18. > :02:24.Next, it is two weeks after the Philippines was hit by one of the
:02:25. > :02:28.most powerful storms ever, up to 4 million people were forced to leave
:02:29. > :02:31.their homes at the Typhoon Haiyan battered the islands. A massive
:02:32. > :02:35.international operation is finally getting supplies to the most remote
:02:36. > :02:41.parts of the country. Leah sent a special report from the island of
:02:42. > :02:44.Cebu. This warehouse is central to the
:02:45. > :02:47.relief operation here, people are working throughout the night,
:02:48. > :02:50.backing up vital supplies which then gets sent off to places like
:02:51. > :02:57.Tacloban. Most are children or teenagers, and they
:02:58. > :03:02.are here to help those most in need. How important is
:03:03. > :03:07.are here to help those most in be part of this? It is important,
:03:08. > :03:11.because it is our family who were in this calamity, and we are not
:03:12. > :03:16.expecting that to happen, so I guess, in this little way, we can
:03:17. > :03:20.help them. How does it feel, knowing you have not been able to get in
:03:21. > :03:25.touch with your loved ones? We are so worried. I do not cry, because I
:03:26. > :03:32.want to be strong, because if I was to cry, I am sure all of us will
:03:33. > :03:36.maybe be sad like that. So I am just being strong. You are helping, and
:03:37. > :03:42.that must make you feel a bit better. Yes. This makes us feel
:03:43. > :03:46.better, because I know that this will also go to our families. It is
