:00:09. > :00:15.Hello, it's Wednesday, I'm Ore, here is what is on the way in the

:00:15. > :00:24.next five minutes. The BBC reporter rescued from the snow. And, that's

:00:24. > :00:28.Hilda, the 85-year-old video gaming granny!

:00:28. > :00:32.What else could it be? First, bad news for snow-lovers, looks like

:00:32. > :00:37.the big freeze will end soon. The Met Office says the weather is set

:00:37. > :00:40.to become milder by the weekend but there has been more snow today in

:00:40. > :00:43.south-west England, South Wales and eastern Scotland. Hundreds of

:00:43. > :00:47.schools were closed today and the snow's been causing big problems

:00:47. > :00:51.for drivers with some motorists in Somerset spending last night in

:00:51. > :00:57.shelter because they couldn't get home. And one BBC reporter and his

:00:57. > :01:00.crew also got stranded by the snow. We came back on to the Mendip Hills

:01:00. > :01:07.in Somerset last night to do a piece for BBC News about the snow,

:01:07. > :01:10.but we were taken by surprise at how thick, heavy and fast it fell.

:01:10. > :01:14.Within the space of a couple of hours, the roads became impassable,

:01:14. > :01:18.we got stuck with our camera equipment and satellite truck and

:01:18. > :01:22.we couldn't get out. Luckily, there was a lovely family who lived on a

:01:22. > :01:26.farm next to where we were stuck, they came to our rescue, let us

:01:26. > :01:30.stay in their spare room, let us use their Internet facilities and

:01:30. > :01:36.phones and this morning, once the roads were cleared, they helped

:01:36. > :01:40.bring us and send us on our way. Good to know you are safe! Next,

:01:41. > :01:46.should the people in the UK get to vote whether the UK stays in or get

:01:46. > :01:54.out of the European Union? We have been a member of the club for 40

:01:54. > :01:58.years. Today, the Prime Minister says he thinks they should. The

:01:58. > :02:01.European Union is 27 countries whose Government makes laws which

:02:01. > :02:05.affect all of us from how we farm to how many hours we work. Today,

:02:05. > :02:09.the Prime Minister's said if his party wins the next election, he

:02:09. > :02:15.wants the British people to decide on whether to stay in it. The it's

:02:15. > :02:17.time for the British people to have their say. It's time for us to

:02:17. > :02:21.settle this question about Britain and Europe.

:02:21. > :02:25.The EU has been shaken by massive money problems in recent years and

:02:25. > :02:29.the PM says now is not the time to hold a vote on whether to stay in

:02:29. > :02:33.or leave. Instead, he says he wants to change the relationship we have

:02:33. > :02:38.with the rest of Europe and only after that, some time in 2015, put

:02:38. > :02:42.it to the people to decide. It's rare for big issues like this

:02:42. > :02:48.to be put to a public vote and, in this case, it's causing huge

:02:48. > :02:52.arguments amongst politicians. The PM said he wants to stay in the EU

:02:52. > :02:56.but is under pressure from others who want to leave. The UK

:02:56. > :02:59.Independence Party who want the UK out of Europe are adding pressure

:02:59. > :03:03.too. The Leader of the Opposition, Ed Miliband, says he doesn't think

:03:03. > :03:07.we should hold a vote and says David Cameron's speech showed he's

:03:07. > :03:10.a weak Prime Minister. Key votes like offering a vote and

:03:11. > :03:15.saying it's not me who'll decide, it's the British public, that he'll

:03:15. > :03:20.please those members of his party. It will show he's different from

:03:20. > :03:22.the other leaders, the Labour Leader Ed Miliband and the Liberal

:03:22. > :03:28.Demacrat Leader Nick Clegg because he's the only party leading

:03:28. > :03:37.offering the chance to vote. There is a long way to go before things

:03:37. > :03:47.are deciding but today the Prime Minister launched 1-1 of the

:03:47. > :03:49.

:03:49. > :03:54.biggest discussions of his career. We are demons... Hilda is 85 and

:03:54. > :03:57.has been playing video games since they first came out 40 years ago.

:03:57. > :04:02.Meanwhile, more older people are getting into them and they say it

:04:02. > :04:07.helps their eye sight and keeps them mentally active.

:04:07. > :04:17.You have been getting in touch to let us know whether you have gaming

:04:17. > :04:30.

:04:30. > :04:33.Keep them coming in, guys, thank you very much. First, Bradford City

:04:33. > :04:43.continued their fairytale run in the League Cup beating Aston Villa

:04:43. > :04:44.

:04:44. > :04:48.last night to book their place in the final. They led 3-1 and Hanson

:04:48. > :04:52.got the crucial goal. They are the first team to make the final in
