0:02:46 > 0:02:50I'm not bad, but how do you think it would feel to be picked to represent

0:02:50 > 0:02:52England in the biggest and best international dancing competition?

0:02:52 > 0:02:55Martin went to meet one team who want to get it right

0:03:04 > 0:03:07Martin, what are you doing? Dancing!

0:03:07 > 0:03:11Just stop! OK, then.

0:03:11 > 0:03:15I'll be the first to admit it - I'm not that good when it comes

0:03:15 > 0:03:16to busting out some moves.

0:03:16 > 0:03:18However, this dance troupe in Birmingham -

0:03:24 > 0:03:29Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will also have their own troupes.

0:03:29 > 0:03:32So what does it take to be that good?

0:03:32 > 0:03:35You have to put in all the time, not just at the dance studio.

0:03:35 > 0:03:38You have to put it on at home as well.

0:03:38 > 0:03:42I get up, I go to school, I go straight from school to dance

0:03:42 > 0:03:45and then I go to bed. And I do that four days a week.

0:03:45 > 0:03:49Being a good dancer isn't just training hard, it's training better

0:03:49 > 0:03:51than you think you could.

0:03:51 > 0:03:54Before you do a step, you have to think how do I do this?

0:03:54 > 0:03:56And how can I improve it?

0:03:56 > 0:03:59You just have to get committed to it, and all my hard work has

0:03:59 > 0:04:01got paid off.

0:04:01 > 0:04:06The World Cup will take place in Jersey in June this year.

0:04:15 > 0:04:18the competition for three years in a row.

0:04:18 > 0:04:21So what are they expecting it to be like?

0:04:21 > 0:04:24We do a lot of competitions and they are all really special.

0:04:24 > 0:04:28But getting to represent your country is almost even more special.

0:04:28 > 0:04:31I feel like the atmosphere is going to be amazing.

0:04:31 > 0:04:32It is not just about the competition, it's

0:04:32 > 0:04:35about being on the dance course.

0:04:35 > 0:04:37I can't believe it. Representing England -

0:04:37 > 0:04:38you couldn't ask for anything better than that.

0:04:50 > 0:04:50Good

0:04:50 > 0:04:50Good luck
