:02:48. > :02:51.ignored them. I cheated a little bit. I found it quite difficult
:02:52. > :02:58.because all my life, I have either had a TV or a tablet by my side. I
:02:59. > :03:05.used it less than I thought actually because I was on holiday and I have
:03:06. > :03:12.just been going places and there has been no time for tech. I did not
:03:13. > :03:16.like it at all. I don't even like my parents for making me do it. It
:03:17. > :03:21.feels like I have been on it for five minutes but the two hours just
:03:22. > :03:26.flew by. I was in the note tech group for three days and it was not
:03:27. > :03:30.too hard because I was going out to different places every day. Not
:03:31. > :03:36.using tech for three days was really hard. I think people use tech more
:03:37. > :03:44.because they are bored. The challenge surprised me a bit. But I
:03:45. > :03:47.could not even draw because I do not have an imagination and I had to use
:03:48. > :03:55.technology to get a picture of my mum. I actually enjoyed the three
:03:56. > :04:00.days using two hours of tech. And I think it has changed me as a person
:04:01. > :04:06.because I feel better in myself for using two hours a day. It was good
:04:07. > :04:10.because I found some new talents and I enjoyed the box that I read. It
:04:11. > :04:17.does make me think and feel that I'm Robert we do use it a bit too much.
:04:18. > :04:21.I think in the future, I am going to use tech at bit less because I want
:04:22. > :04:27.to be a football player when I grow up -- I probably do use it. I might
:04:28. > :04:34.go outside and train harder and use my tech less. In the future, I am
:04:35. > :04:38.going to clamp down on tech because people who had non-did not really
:04:39. > :04:39.care. So I think it would be actually good for me rather than
