:01:21. > :01:28.any moment. -- could stop play. We'll be live from

:01:29. > :01:30.Lord's just after two. Britain's Chris Froome

:01:31. > :01:32.is on track to win the Tour He increased his overall

:01:33. > :01:35.lead yesterday. Today's final stage will take them

:01:36. > :01:37.to Paris and it's tradition that the other cyclists do not

:01:38. > :01:39.challenge the leader It will be the third year in a row

:01:45. > :01:46.a world champion yesterday. The British Olympic diver

:02:12. > :02:16.now stands at 35. I'm just so happy that I've done it

:02:17. > :02:19.because I've been in the shape for months and shot has

:02:20. > :02:21.been the full focus. And I told my coach earlier

:02:22. > :02:25.on in the year I want to throw a PB, a world record at a home game,

:02:26. > :02:27.at the home champions. Now to a new style of horse

:02:28. > :02:34.eventing, hoping to bring a little A young super fan has

:02:35. > :02:41.been finding out more. I love all things riding

:02:42. > :02:52.and I even enjoy lessons. I've been riding since

:02:53. > :02:58.I was about five, but I'm here today to find how

:02:59. > :03:01.the professionals do it. This is the Event Rider Masters,

:03:02. > :03:04.a new type of eventing competition. I can't wait to see

:03:05. > :03:06.the riders in action. Eventing is also known

:03:07. > :03:09.as horse trials. The competition has

:03:10. > :03:11.three different stages. Dressage, cross-country

:03:12. > :03:16.and showjumping. One of the riders here today

:03:17. > :03:20.is Gemma Tattersall, she is a very experienced competitor

:03:21. > :03:22.and she was part of What makes the Event Rider Masters

:03:23. > :03:37.different to other competitions? Event Rider Masters is a shortened,

:03:38. > :03:42.more exciting version of eventing so it's actually the top 40 riders

:03:43. > :03:46.in the world who come forward, which makes it very, very

:03:47. > :03:50.competitive and the build-up towards the end of the competition really

:03:51. > :03:54.exciting for spectators and riders. Well done on your lovely

:03:55. > :03:56.showjumping round. How are you feeling

:03:57. > :03:59.now you're in seventh The mare's a new ride for me

:04:00. > :04:07.and it's only the second time at this level so to jump

:04:08. > :04:09.a really good clear round, to be in the top ten

:04:10. > :04:13.isreally exciting. I'm going to be giving

:04:14. > :04:15.the cross-country my best shot. The overall winner

:04:16. > :04:17.is the rider with the fewest penalties

:04:18. > :04:18.after the three stages. How do you feel to

:04:19. > :04:23.win such a big event? It's a really special

:04:24. > :04:28.feeling because it doesn't happen very often and I just

:04:29. > :04:30.get the impression I've succeeded in achieving

:04:31. > :04:32.one of my dreams. The idea behind the Event

:04:33. > :04:43.Rider Masters is to make traditional eventing

:04:44. > :04:45.faster and more exciting. I have had a great day and

:04:46. > :04:48.I hope to be competing in it Olympic superhero Michael Phelps

:04:49. > :05:00.is one of the fastest swimmers on Earth, but he is taking up

:05:01. > :05:03.a pretty weird challenge this Michael Phelps, superhuman swimmer,

:05:04. > :05:08.world record holder and owner of But what do you do

:05:09. > :05:14.when you're one of the greatest professional

:05:15. > :05:16.swimmers in the world? As part of a special challenge,

:05:17. > :05:21.Michael will attempt to swim faster than a great white shark

:05:22. > :05:25.in a 100 metre race. Great white sharks can swim up

:05:26. > :05:31.to speeds of 25 mph Whereas Michael can only swim

:05:32. > :05:35.around six miles per hour. Michael will be wearing a special

:05:36. > :05:42.mono fin, a bit like a mermaid tail, to help propel him

:05:43. > :05:49.through the water faster. But we'll have to wait

:05:50. > :05:55.and see how he does. That's all from me, Newsround's back

:05:56. > :06:01.right here just after two when we'll
