:00:59. > :01:07.How did this small wooden boat end up on a beach in Wales?

:01:08. > :01:09.Well, it washed up after travelling nearly 4000 miles at sea.

:01:10. > :01:16.A mysterious boat washes up on a beach in Wales.

:01:17. > :01:21.There is no one on it, so where did it come from?

:01:22. > :01:23.It's called the Carolina Dreamer and it's been at sea

:01:24. > :01:28.At the beginning of February, these children, along

:01:29. > :01:31.with their mum, spotted it floating towards them.

:01:32. > :01:33.William was so excited, shouting there's a boat,

:01:34. > :01:38.So I went in and pulled it out to get a better look.

:01:39. > :01:40.Now covered in barnacles, the boat crossed the Atlantic

:01:41. > :01:46.She discovered it had been launched by children at a school

:01:47. > :01:49.in Charleston, in South Carolina in the United States.

:01:50. > :01:52.I'm so happy for the children that were involved,

:01:53. > :01:55.because they were just waiting desperately for news.

:01:56. > :01:58.We've just had some lovely messages from them, really excited to hear

:01:59. > :02:03.The schoolkids attached a tracking device to the boat and followed

:02:04. > :02:07.the Carolina Dreamer on its 4000-mile journey.

:02:08. > :02:11.It set off from the South Carolina coast in May last year.

:02:12. > :02:16.It first landed on a beach a week later on the island of Bermuda.

:02:17. > :02:19.It then relaunched on its way across the Atlantic,

:02:20. > :02:24.around Ireland, and eventually into Cardigan Bay, Wales.

:02:25. > :02:27.The school lost contact with it around ten miles to the north west

:02:28. > :02:32.of Aberystwyth, unaware it had been found on the beach.

:02:33. > :02:34.When they found out it had been rescued, they couldn't believe

:02:35. > :02:38.the Carolina Dreamer was still alive.

:02:39. > :02:42.I was really excited that someone found our boat and that we don't

:02:43. > :02:46.have to worry about contacting people about it any more.

:02:47. > :02:52.Helen's already taken the boat to a children's school in Wales.

:02:53. > :02:55.They hope to relaunch the Carolina Dreamer back

:02:56. > :03:02.Now to the massive fire-throwing catapult that's back in action

:03:03. > :03:05.after being repaired at Warwick Castle in England.

:03:06. > :03:08.It's the largest missile launcher of its kind in the world

:03:09. > :03:10.and we were there to catch all the action.

:03:11. > :03:19.It's made of wood. It's got a big wheel and a stick.

:03:20. > :03:26.And it launches, like, big balls that are on fire.

:03:27. > :03:29.Allow me to introduce you to the world's largest seize

:03:30. > :03:36.engine, a huge catapult called a trebuchet.

:03:37. > :03:39.Our machine is called Ursula, the bear.

:03:40. > :03:41.She is designed to destory castles, towns and villages.

:03:42. > :03:46.She stands at 18 metres tall and she weighs 22 tonnes.

:03:47. > :03:50.The shots we launch from our machine would weigh around 150 kilograms.

:03:51. > :03:57.Imagine two huge washing machines being thrown at you at 140mph.

:03:58. > :04:00.This machine has to fire every six minutes, so my men must run up these

:04:01. > :04:04.If the sun is pouring through the slats of the wheels

:04:05. > :04:07.and they're looking at it, they're going to get dizzy.

:04:08. > :04:10.And if they get sick, well, what comes out

:04:11. > :04:33.A farmer's son from South Yorkshire has developed a robot that can find

:04:34. > :04:38.weeds in crop fields and spray them with weed killer.

:04:39. > :04:41.It has two cameras and a Sat-Nav to find its way around and he's been

:04:42. > :04:46.trying it out on his dad's farm near Stocksbridge.
