:00:12. > :00:25.Tributes have continued overnight as people come together to remember

:00:26. > :00:27.the victims of the attacks on Belgium's capital,

:00:28. > :00:40.In London, landmarks were lit up in the colours of the Belgian flag

:00:41. > :00:49.People continued to gather in a central square

:00:50. > :00:53.Anna Foster sent this report especially for Newsround.

:00:54. > :00:55.This is a place called the Place de la Bourse,

:00:56. > :01:03.a big public square rate in the middle of Brussels.

:01:04. > :01:11.You can see hundreds of people have come out here today,

:01:12. > :01:22.They have put big flags on these steps here.

:01:23. > :01:26.They've got balloons as well in the same colours,

:01:27. > :01:30.and if you look down here you can see all of the candles that people

:01:31. > :01:33.have brought to light, and there are big tubs of chalk

:01:34. > :01:34.as well and people are writing messages.

:01:35. > :01:39.There are lots of children who have come here as well to remember

:01:40. > :01:42.the people who were caught up in the attacks here yesterday.

:01:43. > :01:45.Lots of people came overnight tonight, to light candles as well.

:01:46. > :01:47.Lots of people have come from work with flowers.

:01:48. > :01:50.The children were back at school today but lots of them are quiet

:01:51. > :01:52.for a minute earlier today, to remember the people

:01:53. > :01:54.who were caught up and involved in those attacks here

:01:55. > :01:59.As you saw there, it's not just grown ups who are visiting

:02:00. > :02:03.Many children have gone there as well, from all over the world.

:02:04. > :02:05.These Dutch children wanted to show their sympathy.

:02:06. > :02:08.TRANSLATION: I am here to show my sympathy with the families

:02:09. > :02:12.We want to show that we are sad, and we are also

:02:35. > :02:36.asking people to stop throwing pollution into our waterways

:02:37. > :02:40.as its dangerous for people and animals.

:02:41. > :02:46.Next - Newsround's latest special is all about tech.

:02:47. > :02:51.We've been finding out if you think you're using it too much.

:02:52. > :03:00.I know I certainly find myself on my gadgets a lot,

:03:01. > :03:02.so we spoke to Stampy, Yogscast's Kim and Technobabble's

:03:03. > :03:05.Marcus to find out how they keep a balance on their tech time.

:03:19. > :03:23.As well as playing games, it's great now that we can code

:03:24. > :03:26.with all of the devices we got around the house,

:03:27. > :03:28.so instead of just playing games we can make a game!

:03:29. > :03:33.Try and focus and streamline what you need.

:03:34. > :03:39.Use these toys to do something creative.

:03:40. > :03:43.And also learn these tools to learn new skills so,

:03:44. > :03:47.for me, I learned how to make motion graphics.

:03:48. > :03:55.I have taught myself a little bit of languages here and there. Use it

:03:56. > :04:01.that way. Be responsible with your tech time and let it be responsible

:04:02. > :04:06.for you, not your response will for it. -- don't work for it.
