0:01:51 > 0:01:59To get himself ready, he has run a few half-marathons.

0:01:59 > 0:02:02On the day, Tim is starting at the same time as runners on earth.

0:02:02 > 0:02:04But he has to eat breakfast early.

0:02:04 > 0:02:07Food in microgravity does not settle very well,

0:02:07 > 0:02:09it just stays floating around in your stomach,

0:02:09 > 0:02:13so I will have an early breakfast.
