0:00:03 > 0:00:06You're with Newsround live on CBBC.

0:00:06 > 0:00:07I'm Ricky with Tuesday's top stories.

0:00:07 > 0:00:10On the way...

0:00:10 > 0:00:13The incredible storm captured on camera in Singapore.

0:00:13 > 0:00:18Right, Tidy Up Rhumba time!

0:00:18 > 0:00:21# Pick up the pens, put them in the pots.

0:00:21 > 0:00:25The song making tidying up fun.

0:00:32 > 0:00:34First, we're looking at puppy breeding.

0:00:34 > 0:00:39In the UK, puppies can be bred to be sold on, but there are strict rules

0:00:39 > 0:00:42on how they should be cared for.

0:00:42 > 0:00:45But these rules aren't always being followed and some puppies

0:00:45 > 0:00:49are being badly treated, as I've been finding out.

0:00:49 > 0:00:52When you buy a puppy you want to know it's had a good

0:00:52 > 0:00:56life and that it's been bred in a caring and loving way.

0:00:56 > 0:00:59Some people breed puppies as a business, to make money.

0:00:59 > 0:01:02They need special permission for this and they have

0:01:02 > 0:01:05to show their local authorities that the puppies in their care

0:01:05 > 0:01:07are treated well.

0:01:07 > 0:01:12But the BBC programme Panorama did some secret filming and found out

0:01:12 > 0:01:13that this isn't always the case.

0:01:13 > 0:01:16This is what's known as a puppy farm - a place

0:01:16 > 0:01:19where lots and lots of puppies are bred for money.

0:01:19 > 0:01:22But the health of the animals and the conditions they live

0:01:22 > 0:01:24in isn't given much thought at all.

0:01:24 > 0:01:27Puppy farming is a really big problem because puppies

0:01:27 > 0:01:30and their mums often don't get looked after properly,

0:01:30 > 0:01:33and that can mean they are often very scared and they can sometimes

0:01:33 > 0:01:34get really sick.

0:01:34 > 0:01:38That is really sad for the puppies but it can also be very

0:01:38 > 0:01:39upsetting for the new owners.

0:01:39 > 0:01:41If you and your family are thinking about getting a dog,

0:01:41 > 0:01:44you could consider re-homing, or if you are thinking

0:01:44 > 0:01:47about buying a puppy, the best thing to do to make

0:01:47 > 0:01:50sure your puppy comes from a good home is to ask the breeder

0:01:50 > 0:01:53lots of questions and not just get a puppy because it looks cute

0:01:53 > 0:01:54or because you feel sorry for it.

0:01:54 > 0:01:57Make sure they are happy to play with you, they look healthy,

0:01:57 > 0:02:00with bright, clear eyes, shiny fur, and they should be running around,

0:02:00 > 0:02:02playing with their toys.

0:02:02 > 0:02:05If the breeder doesn't let you see the mum or doesn't answer

0:02:05 > 0:02:07all of your questions, the best thing to do is always

0:02:07 > 0:02:10walk away because there are lots of responsible breeders out

0:02:10 > 0:02:13there who will let you visit as many times as you want

0:02:13 > 0:02:15and they will answer all of your questions for you.

0:02:15 > 0:02:18Today, a group of MPs will meet in Parliament to talk about

0:02:18 > 0:02:22the current puppy farming problem.

0:02:22 > 0:02:25It's hoped more can be done to make sure all puppies can

0:02:25 > 0:02:29start their lives in a happy and healthy way.

0:02:29 > 0:02:32Now, can you guess what this little fella is?

0:02:32 > 0:02:35That's right, it's a water vole.

0:02:35 > 0:02:39Numbers of water voles have fallen by around 90% in the last 30 years.

0:02:39 > 0:02:43Now a team in Worcestershire in England are trying to help

0:02:43 > 0:02:46by slowing the flow of the water in the brook where they live

0:02:46 > 0:02:49and giving them more protection from predators.

0:02:49 > 0:02:50It is really important.

0:02:50 > 0:02:53Numbers have declined hugely in recent years

0:02:53 > 0:02:56and what we want to do is improve the habitat so their

0:02:56 > 0:02:57numbers can rise.

0:02:57 > 0:02:59They are a mammal, they breed really well.

0:02:59 > 0:03:02It is the fact that we haven't got the habitat and we have got

0:03:02 > 0:03:05the predation and we need to work on projects like this

0:03:05 > 0:03:06to improve the numbers.

0:03:06 > 0:03:07How do you feel about tidying up?

0:03:07 > 0:03:10If you don't enjoy it, there might be a way of making

0:03:10 > 0:03:11it more fun.

0:03:11 > 0:03:14Two school teachers in London have made a song that's become a hit

0:03:14 > 0:03:15in classrooms around the world.

0:03:15 > 0:03:17Ayshah's got more.

0:03:17 > 0:03:20There is nothing better than playing and making a mess,

0:03:20 > 0:03:23but someone always has to tidy up afterwards.

0:03:23 > 0:03:26And here at this school in London, this is how they do it.

0:03:26 > 0:03:27TAMBOURINE RATTLES

0:03:27 > 0:03:29Right, Tidy Up Rhumba time!

0:03:29 > 0:03:34CHEERING.

0:03:34 > 0:03:35# Pick up the pens

0:03:35 > 0:03:37# Put them in the pots.

0:03:37 > 0:03:38# Don't forget the lids.

0:03:38 > 0:03:39# We put them back on.

0:03:39 > 0:03:43They play a Tidy Up Rhumba song that tells them what to do.

0:03:43 > 0:03:44It helps you tidy up.

0:03:44 > 0:03:46Do you like the Tidy Up Rhumba?

0:03:46 > 0:03:47Yes.

0:03:47 > 0:03:50Why do you like the Tidy Up Rhumba?

0:03:50 > 0:03:57Because it tells us what to do.

0:03:57 > 0:03:58# In your chairs.

0:03:58 > 0:03:59# Nicely away.

0:03:59 > 0:04:01# All the resources back in the trays!

0:04:01 > 0:04:03The song was written by two primary school teachers as a way

0:04:03 > 0:04:05to get their classrooms tidy.

0:04:05 > 0:04:06# Pick up the pens.

0:04:06 > 0:04:07# Put them in the box.

0:04:07 > 0:04:15It has now been viewed more than 2 million times on YouTube.

0:04:15 > 0:04:17When it got to a million, I was like, jaw-dropping,

0:04:17 > 0:04:19completely shocked.

0:04:19 > 0:04:21I couldn't believe it and I was thinking, there

0:04:21 > 0:04:23is something here in this song.

0:04:23 > 0:04:28# Shaky, shaky, stop.

0:04:28 > 0:04:30# Shake it until you drop.

0:04:30 > 0:04:32Christalla and George said they hope the song will help children

0:04:32 > 0:04:34have fun keeping their classrooms and homes tidy.

0:04:34 > 0:04:35# Tidy up.

0:04:35 > 0:04:36# Rhumba!

0:04:36 > 0:04:43# Tidy up!

0:04:43 > 0:04:46Next, think you know what a T-Rex looks like?

0:04:46 > 0:04:49Think again.

0:04:49 > 0:04:53Scientists say the scary dino may have had lips covering

0:04:53 > 0:04:54those gigantic teeth.

0:04:57 > 0:05:00check out our top five facts on Jose Mourinho,

0:05:00 > 0:05:03the man tipped to take over at one of the world's biggest football

0:05:03 > 0:05:07clubs, Manchester United.

0:05:07 > 0:05:10To America and the NFL now, which is a huge deal stateside.

0:05:10 > 0:05:12One of the big teams - the Pittsburgh Steelers -

0:05:12 > 0:05:13have signed a new player.

0:05:13 > 0:05:17This pre-programmed robot!

0:05:17 > 0:05:19Yes, at their training camp the Steelers have been

0:05:19 > 0:05:23using a robotic dummy to accurately simulate the movements

0:05:23 > 0:05:25of an opposing player on the field.

0:05:25 > 0:05:28And the best thing is, it never gets tired!

0:05:28 > 0:05:30Finally, take a look at this spectacular picture.
