0:00:41 > 0:00:43After losing their opening game against India, England's cricket

0:00:43 > 0:00:48team won the rest of their matches and faced India in

0:00:48 > 0:00:51the World Cup final.

0:00:51 > 0:00:55Fans were queuing round the block as they waited to see the England

0:00:55 > 0:01:00team come out to a sell-out crowd of 26,500 fans in one of the biggest

0:02:28 > 0:02:31for women's cricket and women's sport as a whole on a day that

0:02:31 > 0:02:34brought new audiences, young people and family into cricket.

0:02:34 > 0:02:38And dreams certainly did come true for star player Anya Shrubsole.

0:02:38 > 0:02:41Before the final, her dad tweeted a picture of his daughter

0:02:41 > 0:02:44as a nine-year-old who said she wanted to play in

0:02:44 > 0:02:48a World Cup final at Lord's.

0:03:30 > 0:03:34Wheelchair Basketball Championships last month - and for the first
