:04:07. > :04:16.It's the idea of this guy, Chris Morley.

:04:17. > :04:19.He's an engineer and pilot who wants to make a safer helicopter.

:04:20. > :04:22.When I got my helicopter licence, I realised that some improvements

:04:23. > :04:28.could be made and I wanted to strip away complexity and increase safety.

:04:29. > :04:31.The engineers hope to release this smaller version first

:04:32. > :04:38.before getting the go-ahead for the full-sized hoverbike.

:04:39. > :04:42.They say it could reach places normal helicopters cannot.

:04:43. > :04:45.The helicopter is inherently complex and the hoverbike is simple.

:04:46. > :04:52.They're putting the finishing touches to the final

:04:53. > :04:59.prototype and will be looking to do a test flight in a few months.

:05:03. > :05:12.but its inventors hope that one day it will be a fly-away success.
