0:00:01 > 0:00:02See you later.

0:00:03 > 0:00:04Hi, I'm Hayley.

0:00:04 > 0:00:07It's Good Friday and here's what's going on in the world today.

0:00:07 > 0:00:14We get tech advice from Stampy.

0:00:25 > 0:00:29Six people have been arrested in Belgium as police continue

0:00:29 > 0:00:31to look for the terrorists who carried out the attacks

0:00:31 > 0:00:33that happened on Tuesday.

0:00:33 > 0:00:39More than 30 people died when the extremist group known

0:00:39 > 0:00:43as IS claim they attacked the airport and a metro train.

0:00:43 > 0:00:46We know lots of you have questions about what happened in Brussels.

0:00:46 > 0:00:47So, we asked the BBC's security correspondent,

0:00:47 > 0:00:51Frank Gardner, to answer them.

0:00:51 > 0:00:53Hi, I'm Frank Gardner.

0:00:53 > 0:00:56My title is BBC security correspondent, which means

0:00:56 > 0:00:59that when bad things happen I'm afraid, like the big attack

0:00:59 > 0:01:01in Brussels and Paris, I have to report on it

0:01:01 > 0:01:02for the BBC

0:01:02 > 0:01:05and try to explain it to our audience, including you.

0:01:12 > 0:01:15Jessica, I think the answer is that there are quite a large

0:01:15 > 0:01:17number of people living in some cities in Belgium,

0:01:17 > 0:01:20especially in Bussells, who don't feel they are a part

0:01:20 > 0:01:23of their country and feel quite separate from it

0:01:23 > 0:01:26and they don't like the country they are living in.

0:01:26 > 0:01:28They are only a small minority of people doing this,

0:01:28 > 0:01:31but they have decided here is an opportunity to hit back

0:01:31 > 0:01:34at a country and government they don't like, hurting the people

0:01:34 > 0:01:37from that country.

0:01:43 > 0:01:45The people involved are people who are already criminals

0:01:45 > 0:01:48in most cases.

0:01:48 > 0:01:51Some had gone to Syria and they'd learned how to fire guns

0:01:51 > 0:01:55there and they've come back and kept their plans very secret.

0:01:55 > 0:01:58Now they have killed a lot of innocent people.

0:02:04 > 0:02:06Look, I can understand that all of this stuff

0:02:06 > 0:02:08looks really scary.

0:02:08 > 0:02:12But the chances of any of us being caught up in it personally

0:02:12 > 0:02:14are very, very small.

0:02:14 > 0:02:17We are one of the most observed countries...

0:02:17 > 0:02:19In fact, we ARE the most observed country in Europe

0:02:19 > 0:02:22and that is helping to keep us safe.

0:02:22 > 0:02:25It's far more dangerous for you to cross the road without looking.

0:02:25 > 0:02:28The chances of being caught up in a terrorist attack in Britain

0:02:28 > 0:02:32are very low.

0:02:32 > 0:02:34Thanks Frank.

0:02:34 > 0:02:36There's a full guide to what happened in Brussels online

0:02:36 > 0:02:38along with our report about who Islamic State are.

0:02:38 > 0:02:41And remember, if you're upset by anything you hear on the news,

0:02:41 > 0:02:45there's advice there, too.

0:02:45 > 0:02:48Next, you've probably worked out by now, that Newsround is going tech

0:02:48 > 0:02:50mad, and our latest special is all about technology

0:02:50 > 0:02:54and is tech taking over?

0:02:54 > 0:02:57We've been chatting to some top famous vloggers to find out how

0:02:57 > 0:02:58they manage their tech time.

0:02:58 > 0:03:03Here's Stampy.

0:03:03 > 0:03:06Hello, I'm Stumpy and I am a YouTuber and I mainly make videos

0:03:06 > 0:03:07on game called Minecraft.

0:03:14 > 0:03:16It can sometimes be difficult getting a balance between taking

0:03:16 > 0:03:19a break from your screen as well as spending time

0:03:19 > 0:03:20in the real world, I guess.

0:03:20 > 0:03:23I know some people can maybe set an alarm or keep

0:03:23 > 0:03:26checking the clock in order to see how long they've been looking

0:03:26 > 0:03:27at a screen.

0:03:27 > 0:03:30The way I do it is, I drink tea a lot, so whenever I feel

0:03:30 > 0:03:34like I need a cup of tea, I will make one and have a break

0:03:34 > 0:03:35from the screen.

0:03:35 > 0:03:38I will talk to someone or play with my cat.

0:03:44 > 0:03:46I guess when you are picking your hobbies,

0:03:46 > 0:03:48kind of think about a balance of hobbies.

0:03:48 > 0:03:50Even if you don't think you are sporty, there's

0:03:50 > 0:03:54a chance there is a sport out there you haven't spent much time

0:03:54 > 0:03:56playing and if you give it ago, you might enjoy it.

0:03:56 > 0:03:59It's having a balance between all the different things

0:03:59 > 0:04:02you're doing for fun.

0:04:10 > 0:04:12There have been lots of times where I think I've been

0:04:12 > 0:04:16looking at a screen for too long and I feel like I need a break.

0:04:16 > 0:04:18That always happens when you lose track of time.

0:04:18 > 0:04:20I've never sat down at a computer and thought,

0:04:20 > 0:04:22"Right! I will spend four hours doing this thing."

0:04:22 > 0:04:26You sit down and you get involved in whatever you're doing.

0:04:26 > 0:04:29If I'm playing Minecraft and I want to get

0:04:29 > 0:04:32something finished, or editing a video,

0:04:32 > 0:04:36and I want to get it perfect, it's hard to say, stop.

0:04:36 > 0:04:39I say try and keep track of time, keep

0:04:39 > 0:04:43checking what time it is and be aware how long you've been looking

0:04:43 > 0:04:47at a screen and that way you're more likely to force yourself

0:04:47 > 0:04:51to have a break.

0:04:53 > 0:04:55That's all for now.

0:04:55 > 0:04:59Newsround's back right here in about half an hour.
