:00:52. > :00:57.An app supported by the government in England has just been launched

:00:58. > :01:00.to help you work out what's in your food.

:01:17. > :01:22.Let's find out how they are getting on.

:01:23. > :01:26.Well, basically, I eat more sugar than I should.

:01:27. > :01:29.Amanda is a nutritionist and she can't wait to get her hands

:01:30. > :01:40.Depending on the packet of sweets, it could be six teaspoons' worth

:01:41. > :01:42.of sugar, so you've blown all your sugar in one go

:01:43. > :01:51.I had toast with boiled eggs and a glass of juice.

:01:52. > :02:02.This has probably got about two and a bit teaspoons in a sugary

:02:03. > :02:05.cereal, so this has got much, much less, toast and boiled egg,

:02:06. > :02:12.You don't want to cut out all sugar, we're not saying have none at all,

:02:13. > :02:14.but given that you've got cake and a cookie,

:02:15. > :02:16.shall we just get rid of one of them?

:02:17. > :02:25.It may seem fine on the outside but too much of it can cause tooth

:02:26. > :02:28.decay and lead up to the build up of harmful fats on the inside,

:02:29. > :02:33.which can cause weight gain and even type II diabetes.

:02:34. > :02:36.Doctors recommend no more than 24 grams, that's about six sugarcubes

:03:32. > :03:36.been over 100 years ago. I can tell you my favourite place in here right

:03:37. > :03:41.now is the fireplace because it is a little bit cold. But it is the

:04:05. > :04:09.parents, it's a generational thing. Loads of people have read her, and

:04:10. > :04:10.we spoke to some very excited Beatrix Potter fans.

:04:11. > :04:13.They are very good and experienced, and I really like the ones that

:04:14. > :04:17.Good stories that are very enjoyable for children,

:04:18. > :04:19.so they've just carried on through generations

:04:20. > :04:31.because of being very well written and illustrated.
