:03:14. > :03:16.social media apps for young people. The team behind it claim 25%
:03:17. > :03:20.of smartphone users in the UK have downloaded SnapChat,
:03:21. > :03:22.and in the last two years, for some of you, it has become part
:03:23. > :03:26.of your daily routine, especially when it comes
:03:27. > :03:33.to SnapChat streaks. In case you didn't know,
:03:34. > :03:36.a SnapChat streak is when you send a snap back and forth to your mates
:03:37. > :03:38.within a 24-hour window. To keep it going, you have
:03:39. > :03:41.to send a snap every day. The longer your streak,
:03:42. > :03:46.the more rewards you get. But, when a streak suddenly comes
:03:47. > :03:49.to an end it can cause big problems. The children's charity the NSPCC
:03:50. > :03:53.told Newsround that they received a number of calls from young people
:03:54. > :03:57.who had been really upset, or even falling out with their mates,
:03:58. > :04:05.because their Snapstreaks ended. We have had calls from children
:04:06. > :04:08.who are worried about Snapstreaks. One girl called us because she
:04:09. > :04:12.couldn't get onto Wi-Fi that day and she couldn't
:04:13. > :04:18.continue the Snapstreak, and that made her so worried
:04:19. > :04:21.there would be bullying and people would think
:04:22. > :04:23.she didn't like them any more. It's something that has got
:04:24. > :04:25.lots of you talking as well. Maybe one day you forget
:04:26. > :04:28.to do your streak and then Some people get up to maybe 600,
:04:29. > :04:32.and if you have lost that SnapChat streak,
:04:33. > :04:34.you are pretty upset because all them days
:04:35. > :04:36.just for nothing. I forgot once and the person got
:04:37. > :04:38.really cross with me. You could get into fights
:04:39. > :04:41.with your friends, saying, "Why did you not send me one back",
