:00:21. > :00:22.First, though, on Thursday, adults across the UK

:00:23. > :00:27.voted to leave a club of 28 countries called the European Union.

:00:28. > :00:31.48% of those who voted wanted to remain in the European Union

:00:32. > :00:34.and are worried by the result of this vote.

:00:35. > :00:37.But, for many of those who wanted to leave,

:00:38. > :00:42.now is time to celebrate taking back control.

:00:43. > :00:44.Naz has been speaking to some of you guys

:00:45. > :00:49.What did you think about the result of the EU referendum?

:00:50. > :00:52.I was quite happy, to be honest, because now it means we can see

:00:53. > :00:54.what happens in the future and we have our freedom.

:00:55. > :00:58.It also means we don't have to put money into the EU and we can

:00:59. > :01:01.spend it on things in our country and build up our country itself.

:01:02. > :01:05.It was disappointing, because the decision was made

:01:06. > :01:08.for our generation, yet we didn't get to have a say in it.

:01:09. > :01:11.But I think that with these new challenges

:01:12. > :01:14.I thought that it was definitely going to be Remain.

:01:15. > :01:17.And I kind of hope that England will be stable.

:01:18. > :01:21.But, at the end of the day, it's democracy and everyone

:01:22. > :01:25.so, if this is what Britain wants, then, maybe this can be the start

:01:26. > :01:28.of new opportunities that we could take.

:01:29. > :01:31.Next, more European action, but this time on the footy pitch.

:01:32. > :01:33.And Wales made history last night, making it through to the

:01:34. > :01:38.quarterfinals of the European Championship. Here's Jenny.

:01:39. > :01:40.It's been an incredible night here

:01:41. > :01:45.Wales and Northern Ireland battled it out for a place

:01:46. > :01:49.Right from the first whistle, it was a tense match.

:01:50. > :01:56.In the second half, Gareth Bale tested Michael McGovern

:01:57. > :01:59.And then, in the 75th minute, Bale produced a brilliant cross,

:02:00. > :02:02.which was turned into his own net by Gareth McAuley.

:02:03. > :02:04.Chris Coleman's men manage to hold onto their lead.

:02:05. > :02:10.So the dream is over for Northern Ireland and they can be

:02:11. > :02:16.But it is Wales who have reached the quarterfinals,

:02:17. > :02:19.just as they did in their last major tournament 58 years ago.

:02:20. > :02:22.Next up for them will be either Belgium or Hungary in Lille

:02:23. > :02:24.on Friday for a place in the semifinals.
