:00:00. > :00:12.Good morning, I'm Martin with your Newsround this Friday.

:00:13. > :00:16.First to Italy, where we now know that more than 250 people have died

:00:17. > :00:20.following an earthquake on Wednesday morning.

:00:21. > :00:23.There have been more than 80 aftershocks since the initial quake

:00:24. > :00:27.on Wednesday and this has made it even harder for rescue teams

:00:28. > :00:30.to try to find survivors trapped in collapsed buildings.

:00:31. > :00:33.But teams say they will keep on searching until the

:00:34. > :00:38.And remember, if there's anything in the news that upsets you,

:00:39. > :00:42.there is always help and advice at Newsround online.

:00:43. > :00:45.Now, loads of you have been telling us how much the Olympics

:00:46. > :00:48.have inspired you over the past three weeks.

:00:49. > :00:51.Seven of Team GB's medals came in the gymnastics and we've got

:00:52. > :00:58.one aspiring gymnast here with us, 13-year-old Ciara.

:00:59. > :01:04.Good morning. Thank you very much for coming in. We are always used to

:01:05. > :01:08.hearing from the Olympians about how it appeals to win a gold medal, but

:01:09. > :01:11.how does a feel for some and your age to watch them? Did it inspire

:01:12. > :01:17.you? What were you thinking throughout the Olympics? It was how

:01:18. > :01:21.much they worked to get to where they are, it inspired me to carry

:01:22. > :01:27.on. You want to be a gymnast when you're older, you're working hard at

:01:28. > :01:30.it now. Was it wasn't like watching the gymnasts? It was very nice to

:01:31. > :01:43.see how hard they worked to get where they are now. Who inspires you

:01:44. > :01:48.the most? Max and Amy. Funny that, we have a surprise for you. Let's

:01:49. > :01:58.bring in Amy! Amy is here to say hello. How are you? I'm good, thank

:01:59. > :02:03.you. Meet Amy. Are you a little bit shocked? Yes! She wants to be a

:02:04. > :02:12.gymnast just like you, she's working very hard at it. So have you got any

:02:13. > :02:16.questions? What was it like? It was absolutely amazing. Just the

:02:17. > :02:22.experience, to be able to share the podium with people who you know is

:02:23. > :02:26.absolutely incredible. It was amazing. Have you got any advice for

:02:27. > :02:31.young gymnasts to go and do what you've done and come back with a

:02:32. > :02:37.bronze medal? I would say just enjoy it. My coach said, go out there,

:02:38. > :02:40.you've got nothing to lose. All the hard work pays off. Thank you very

:02:41. > :02:41.much for coming in. It is good to see you.

:02:42. > :02:43.Now, more Olympic heroes have been dropping into

:02:44. > :02:45.Newsround HQ this week- including three of the women's

:02:46. > :02:47.hockey squad, who are returning as Olympic champions.

:02:48. > :02:50.And who better to grill them than some young hockey fans?

:02:51. > :02:58.Great Britain have won the Olympic gold medal.

:02:59. > :03:02.When you were younger, did you always feel part of the team

:03:03. > :03:06.because your training was so different?

:03:07. > :03:09.I think your team-mates generally make a big

:03:10. > :03:11.effort to try and keep the goalie involved.

:03:12. > :03:13.There's definitely some days where you spend some time by

:03:14. > :03:16.yourself and end up singing to yourself or keeping yourself

:03:17. > :03:19.entertained, but it's always very much a team effort and the goalie

:03:20. > :03:25.When you were younger, did you play any

:03:26. > :03:28.other sports and if so, how did you choose hockey over them?

:03:29. > :03:30.When I was really tiny, I did dancing and

:03:31. > :03:33.And then I started playing a bit of netball and I swam

:03:34. > :03:36.a lot, me and my sister were both into swimming.

:03:37. > :03:38.And then when I went to secondary school,

:03:39. > :03:41.hockey was just one of the sports that they did, so I did hockey,

:03:42. > :03:47.I love being part of the team and it was fun, really fun.

:03:48. > :03:49.Do you have to prepare differently for GB than with

:03:50. > :03:52.Essentially it's kind of the same thing.

:03:53. > :03:55.We have a GB programme and it's made up of obviously the English players,

:03:56. > :03:58.We don't have any Welsh players at the moment,

:03:59. > :04:01.but we have done in the past and hopefully will in the future.

:04:02. > :04:04.And so we have different tournaments that is GB, like the Olympics,

:04:05. > :04:08.but the World Cup is for England and so our coach is able

:04:09. > :04:10.to just select the English players and when it's GB,

:04:11. > :04:15.they can select obviously the English and Scottish players.

:04:16. > :04:19.Why is your hockey stick so different to the others?

:04:20. > :04:21.Mine is the same as these guys' in normal play,

:04:22. > :04:24.but in the penalties, I changed it to a super-long

:04:25. > :04:26.41 inches goalie stick, which had the big head,

:04:27. > :04:28.and that allows me to kind of get a bigger reach

:04:29. > :04:37.Please will you sign this shirt for us?

:04:38. > :04:51.Fantastic questions, weren't they, guys? Brilliant.

:04:52. > :04:54.That's all from me, Newsround's back right here in about half an hour.

:04:55. > :04:58.Don't forget to check out the website for all the rest
