0:00:02 > 0:00:05Hi, I'm Martin, I hope you're enjoying your Easter Sunday.
0:00:05 > 0:00:08This is what's coming up on Newsround today.
0:00:08 > 0:00:11Find out why it's raining Easter eggs.
0:00:11 > 0:00:14And the rare pandas spotted in China.
0:00:23 > 0:00:25First, you might have noticed that
0:00:25 > 0:00:28Newsround is going tech mad this week, and our latest special
0:00:28 > 0:00:30is all about technology and asking the question -
0:00:30 > 0:00:33is tech taking over?
0:00:33 > 0:00:35We've been chatting to some famous tech whizzes
0:00:35 > 0:00:38to find out how they manage their tech time.
0:00:38 > 0:00:41Here's Marcus from Technobabble to tell us how he does it.
0:00:50 > 0:00:52The way I get a good balance between screen time
0:00:52 > 0:00:55and non-screen time is real simple - I set an alarm.
0:00:55 > 0:00:58We've all got alarms on our devices, so, for example, if I'm sending
0:00:58 > 0:01:01loads of e-mails, I might pop and alarm up to say,
0:01:01 > 0:01:03"Hey, take a break, get up, go get a glass of water,
0:01:03 > 0:01:07stretch your legs." Simple as!
0:01:11 > 0:01:13Well, whilst it is obviously easier to video call
0:01:13 > 0:01:15my friends that live in Australia or the States,
0:01:15 > 0:01:18because I'm not going to get a plane over there every time
0:01:18 > 0:01:20I want to catch up with them, if there are people
0:01:20 > 0:01:22that are closer, there's nothing better than
0:01:22 > 0:01:23meeting up in person.
0:01:23 > 0:01:25I definitely know I'm getting their attention and they're
0:01:25 > 0:01:28not doing other stuff, like, you know, on social media
0:01:28 > 0:01:30while they're meant to be talking to me.
0:01:30 > 0:01:32Because I want all their attention!
0:01:34 > 0:01:37Let's be honest, we are better at tech than Mum and Dad,
0:01:37 > 0:01:39or the adults around us.
0:01:39 > 0:01:41Why don't we we set a good example and say,
0:01:41 > 0:01:46"Hey, put the tablet down and spend some time face-to-face with me!"
0:01:46 > 0:01:52No pressure, but it's up to you to set the good example.
0:01:52 > 0:01:54And don't forget you can watch the whole of that special
0:01:54 > 0:01:58over on the Newsround website. Check it out.
0:01:58 > 0:02:00For kids in Florida, America, they have had
0:02:00 > 0:02:02an egg-stra special Easter treat.
0:02:02 > 0:02:0450,000 chocolate eggs were dropped from helicopter
0:02:04 > 0:02:08for a gigantic Easter egg hunt.
0:02:08 > 0:02:11Those taking part rushed around to grab as many as they could.
0:02:11 > 0:02:13Look at them go!
0:02:13 > 0:02:15Next, England's young football team staged an incredible comeback
0:02:15 > 0:02:17to beat World Cup holders Germany 3-2 in Berlin.
0:02:17 > 0:02:22Roy Hodgson's men were 2-0 down in the second half.
0:02:22 > 0:02:25Harry Kane started the scoring with a low finish, then
0:02:25 > 0:02:34it was Jamie Vardy's turn to get his first international goal.
0:02:34 > 0:02:36Eric Dier finished things off in style with this cheeky header.
0:02:36 > 0:02:39And it's not just the English football team who are
0:02:39 > 0:02:40doing well right now.
0:02:40 > 0:02:42Yesterday, the cricket team took on Sri Lanka
0:02:42 > 0:02:47in the World Twenty20 Championships in India and won by just ten runs.
0:02:47 > 0:02:50They are now through to the semifinals.
0:02:50 > 0:02:55The 1966 World Cup is a tournament England fans won't forget.
0:02:55 > 0:02:56However, some people might not know
0:02:56 > 0:02:59that if wasn't for a dog, that particular tournament might not
0:02:59 > 0:03:02have even had a trophy for the winning team.
0:03:02 > 0:03:05Here's the story.
0:03:05 > 0:03:10For England footy fans, 1966 is a year they will never forget.
0:03:10 > 0:03:12This is England captain Bobby Moore,
0:03:12 > 0:03:16lifting the World Cup after beating West Germany 4-2 in the final.
0:03:16 > 0:03:18However, this picture could have looked completely different,
0:03:18 > 0:03:23if it wasn't for a dog called Pickles.
0:03:23 > 0:03:28I took my dog, Pickles, out for a walk, and he
0:03:28 > 0:03:33scooted round the front of the house and went over to the front
0:03:33 > 0:03:36of my neighbour's car.
0:03:36 > 0:03:38He was sniffing around.
0:03:38 > 0:03:42I walked over to put the lead on him and I noticed there was a package
0:03:42 > 0:03:44on the floor wrapped in newspaper.
0:03:44 > 0:03:48Out of curiosity, I bent down and picked it up and I tore a bit
0:03:48 > 0:03:55of the newspaper off and I saw "Brazil, West Germany..."
0:03:55 > 0:03:58Being a football fan, all the publicity going on
0:03:58 > 0:04:03about the Cup, my heart started thumping.
0:04:03 > 0:04:06It was the World Cup!
0:04:06 > 0:04:10So, how did the World Cup end up under the car?
0:04:10 > 0:04:12It turns out it had been stolen.
0:04:12 > 0:04:14The man in charge of looking after it
0:04:14 > 0:04:15decided to go on a lunch break,
0:04:15 > 0:04:19and no-one thought it would ever be found.
0:04:19 > 0:04:21But thank goodness, Pickles was there to save the day.
0:04:21 > 0:04:25And it made him pretty famous.
0:04:25 > 0:04:27It is all a bit bewildering for Pickles, but for the suddenly
0:04:27 > 0:04:30world-famous pooch, there is more glamour to follow.
0:04:30 > 0:04:33The National Sporting Club honour the stolen trophy finders,
0:04:33 > 0:04:35David Corbett and Pickles.
0:04:35 > 0:04:37After England had won, Pickles and David
0:04:37 > 0:04:40were invited to celebrate with the England team.
0:04:40 > 0:04:42Bobby Moore picked him up.
0:04:42 > 0:04:45Showed him to the crowd.
0:04:45 > 0:04:49Really exciting for me.
0:04:49 > 0:04:53I think it was exciting for the whole country.
0:04:53 > 0:04:55Since that famous victory, England haven't managed
0:04:55 > 0:04:58to get their hands on the World Cup.
0:04:58 > 0:05:03That is why 1966 is such an important part of sporting history.
0:05:03 > 0:05:06Just think, it could have been all so different
0:05:06 > 0:05:12if it wasn't for Pickles.
0:05:12 > 0:05:15A wild giant panda, along with a red panda and two cubs,
0:05:15 > 0:05:17have been spotted at a nature reserve in south-west China.
0:05:17 > 0:05:20They were seen on infrared cameras that were installed last year to see
0:05:20 > 0:05:24what wild animals are roaming the area.
0:05:24 > 0:05:27Staff at the nature reserve said the giant panda looked well
0:05:27 > 0:05:31and was probably looking for food.
0:05:31 > 0:05:35Finally, could there be a new polar bear baby soon in Scotland?
0:05:35 > 0:05:37Well, keepers at the Highland Wildlife Park are hoping so.
0:05:37 > 0:05:40In the last week, Victoria and Arktos have been introduced
0:05:40 > 0:05:44to each other and they seem to be getting on well.
0:05:44 > 0:05:47Everyone is hoping for the first polar bear baby to be born
0:05:47 > 0:05:51in the UK in 25 years.
0:05:51 > 0:05:57That's all from me, Newsround's back tomorrow morning with Hayley.
