:00:08. > :00:14.You're live with CBBC. I'm Jenny. Coming up in the next six minutes:

:00:15. > :00:18.Is Prince George the luckiest tot in Britain?

:00:19. > :00:26.We take a look at some of the toys from his tour.

:00:27. > :00:29.First, our main story. The Ministry of Defence has confirmed that five

:00:30. > :00:32.British servicemen have died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan. The

:00:33. > :00:40.families of those killed have been told. The MoD has said the crash

:00:41. > :00:47.appears to have been a tragic accident and an investigation is

:00:48. > :00:55.being carried out to find the cause. The war in Afghanistan started back

:00:56. > :01:00.in 2001. During the conflict, 453 British servicemen and women have

:01:01. > :01:05.lost their lives, but this is the first British helicopter to crash

:01:06. > :01:09.their way people have died. The five personnel who died when their

:01:10. > :01:14.helicopter came down have not been named, although their families have

:01:15. > :01:20.been told. The helicopter crashed in Kandahar province. The Taliban,

:01:21. > :01:23.supporters of a group of extreme religious leaders, say they shot it

:01:24. > :01:27.down, but the Ministry of Defence says it appears to be a tragic

:01:28. > :01:34.accident. They have now found the wreckage and are examining it for

:01:35. > :01:39.clues as to what caused the crash. The Lynx helicopter was first used

:01:40. > :01:43.in the 1970s, and has a good safety record. In Afghanistan, it is used

:01:44. > :01:49.to transfer personal and special forces. There are still around 5000

:01:50. > :01:53.British troops serving in Afghanistan, but the UK Government

:01:54. > :01:57.will take all their troops out of the country by the end of the year.

:01:58. > :02:00.If you're upset by this, or any other story you hear on Newsround,

:02:01. > :02:05.there's some help and advice over on our website. There's also a guide on

:02:06. > :02:07.the conflict in Afghanistan if you want to find out more.

:02:08. > :02:11.Next, hundreds of thousands of people gathered in Italy's capital

:02:12. > :02:13.city Rome this morning for an historic ceremony where two popes

:02:14. > :02:17.were declared as saints. Pope John Paul II and Pope John 23rd were

:02:18. > :02:20.honoured in an open air mass in Vatican City. Being declared a saint

:02:21. > :02:32.is the highest honour in the Catholic Church, as the BBC's Alan

:02:33. > :02:37.Johnston explains. We have just witnessed a hugely

:02:38. > :02:40.important religious event here in the Vatican. Two former popes to

:02:41. > :02:44.become saints. The Church must believe you are in heaven, and that

:02:45. > :02:50.you are so important that you can actually persuade God to deliver

:02:51. > :02:54.miracles in order to become a saint. In the case of one of these popes,

:02:55. > :03:01.John Paul II, the church believes that two women who were very very

:03:02. > :03:07.ill prayed to him and were miraculously good. The church leaves

:03:08. > :03:11.that John Paul II queue at two women miraculously, and that qualifies him

:03:12. > :03:15.to be a saint. This is the highest honour that the Catholic Church can

:03:16. > :03:19.bestow on anyone. And, for believers all around the world, that is a very

:03:20. > :03:26.important moment. Thousands have come here to Rome to be here at that

:03:27. > :03:29.moment when John Paul II and John 23rd were declared saints of the

:03:30. > :03:33.Catholic Church. Next, for the first time in quite a

:03:34. > :03:37.while Manchester United fans will be able to go in to school tomorrow

:03:38. > :03:40.with a smile on their face. That's because the Red Devils thrashed

:03:41. > :03:43.Norwich 4-0 in Ryan Giggs' first game as temporary boss. Two goals

:03:44. > :03:47.apiece from Wayne Rooney and Juan Mata sealed the win and the Spaniard

:03:48. > :03:53.was singled out for praise by the new manager.

:03:54. > :03:59.One matter was tremendous and the half an hour that he was on. It was

:04:00. > :04:03.really tough to leave a player like that out, and he just reacted in the

:04:04. > :04:08.way that I expected as a professional. He did not sulk, he

:04:09. > :04:10.came on and put on a masterclass for half an hour.

:04:11. > :04:15.Chelsea will take on Liverpool at 2pm today. A Liverpool victory at

:04:16. > :04:21.Anfield would end Chelsea's hopes of winning the Premier League trophy.

:04:22. > :04:35.Blues boy Andre Schurrle told MOTD Kickabout his hopes for the game.

:04:36. > :04:38.Of course, you want to win every match. You don't look at the others.

:04:39. > :04:46.It is our last chance as well. We need to win to be in a position

:04:47. > :04:50.where we can attack the title. We will try everything to win it.

:04:51. > :04:53.And if you're getting excited ahead of that huge game at Anfield, then

:04:54. > :05:02.you can watch tonnes more top footy clips over on the Match of the Day

:05:03. > :05:05.Kickabout website. From giant wombats to cuddly

:05:06. > :05:08.kangaroos, Prince George will be returning to Britain with no

:05:09. > :05:11.shortage of toys from his three week tour of Australia and New Zealand.

:05:12. > :05:14.The toddler reportedly received more than 2,000 gifts from well wishers,

:05:15. > :05:17.including a surfboard and mini speedboat! Many of the toys were

:05:18. > :05:19.donated to local children's hospitals.

:05:20. > :05:27.He didn't seem too bothered about this toy bilby though!

:05:28. > :05:31.All your favourite stars, including The Vamps behind me, flocked to LA

:05:32. > :05:35.last night for The Radio Disney Music Awards in the US. Of the 15

:05:36. > :05:38.awards, Best Music Group was bagged by British boys, One Direction. Demi

:05:39. > :05:41.Lovato took to Twitter to tell fans her delight with her Best Female

:05:42. > :05:51.Award, whilst the winner for Fiercest Fans went to Taylor Swift.

:05:52. > :05:56.He may be the king of pop, but had over to the Newsround website to

:05:57. > :06:00.hear some bad news about Simon Cowell's West End musical. That's

:06:01. > :06:02.all from me. We're back in about half an hour. Bye!
