:01:54. > :01:57.allowed to send weapons, something the British and French governments

:01:57. > :02:02.want to change. They think that by giving rebels better equipment, it

:02:02. > :02:06.will help to tell -- take some of the power away from President

:02:06. > :02:10.Assad's army. Countries like Austria don't agree and are worried that

:02:10. > :02:15.giving more weapons to the soldiers could make the conflict worse.

:02:15. > :02:21.Ministers have until the end of the wake to make a decision -- until the

:02:21. > :02:23.end of the week. Everyone is agreed that the fighting needs to stop.
