:00:00. > :00:14.I'm Ayshah with Tuesday's Newsround. Today, how to fix a broken camera,
:00:15. > :00:20.Space Station style. We have the first picture of the Doctor in his
:00:21. > :00:25.new outfit. Find out what it revealed about the Time Lord. First,
:00:26. > :00:28.one of the biggest countries in Europe, Ukraine, is in crisis.
:00:29. > :00:31.Violent clashes continue to grip the nation between the police and
:00:32. > :00:35.protestors who are unhappy with the president, Viktor Yanukovych, but
:00:36. > :00:38.two big things have happened today. The Prime Minister and his
:00:39. > :00:42.government have quit and a controversial anti-protest law has
:00:43. > :00:49.been scrapped. The BBC's Duncan Crawford sent us this special report
:00:50. > :00:53.from the capital city, Kiev. This is a road leading into Independence
:00:54. > :00:56.Square which has been at the heart of the anti-government
:00:57. > :01:00.demonstrations since they began two months ago. There is lots of
:01:01. > :01:04.activity. The men over there have been chopping wood, someone cooking
:01:05. > :01:09.there for the demonstrators. Over here tents are being used for people
:01:10. > :01:12.to sleep in. There had been a lot of concern about these anti-protest
:01:13. > :01:17.laws which were brought into force last week. That banned the use of
:01:18. > :01:21.tents. It banned people wearing hard helmets and masks. Today, in a
:01:22. > :01:26.dramatic turn around, the parliament has voted to cancel out those laws.
:01:27. > :01:30.Also, the Prime Minister has offered his resignation. Speak to the people
:01:31. > :01:34.on the ground here though, they insist they still want President
:01:35. > :01:41.Yanukovych to resign. Unless he does that, they're not going to go home.
:01:42. > :01:44.Next, level crossings can be dangerous. Cars and pedestrians
:01:45. > :01:48.should wait safely while trains pass, but when people try to beat
:01:49. > :01:51.the closing gates they put their lives at risk. So now rail bosses
:01:52. > :01:55.are trying to make big changes. Leah's got this one. When it comes
:01:56. > :02:01.to level crossings, just like this one, there is always a risk of an
:02:02. > :02:06.accident, on a road, footpath or cycleway crosses the tracks. Someone
:02:07. > :02:13.will always try to beat the barrier. Level crossings weren't always
:02:14. > :02:20.considered dangerous. When railway lines were built trains were slow.
:02:21. > :02:24.Trains now move very fast. Often 100mph and more. They are quiet. You
:02:25. > :02:28.think you have plenty of time, you don't really. The only truly safe
:02:29. > :02:34.level crossing is one that doesn't exist any any more. Not easy to
:02:35. > :02:39.close them. Business youy ones have to to remain in place, a footbridge
:02:40. > :02:43.was built. Keep an eye out when you are at a level crossing. Know what
:02:44. > :02:49.you are doing. Top stebthing, look left and right, cross over as safely
:02:50. > :02:55.and quickly as you can. 750 crossings have been closed and
:02:56. > :03:02.Network Rail want to close 500 more, they hope it will will mean many
:03:03. > :03:06.more lives are saved. Next, there's a new Doctor in the Tardis and today
:03:07. > :03:09.we've had our first glimpse of his new outfit! Ricky's been checking
:03:10. > :03:13.out Peter Capaldi's Time Lord look. Later this year the Doctor returns.
:03:14. > :03:16.He's got a new face and with it a new look. He's wearing a dark blue
:03:17. > :03:23.coat with red lining, matching trousers, white shirt and black Dr
:03:24. > :03:27.Martens boots. But we're still in the dark about what sort of Time
:03:28. > :03:31.Lord Peter Capaldi will be. What clues can we take away from his new
:03:32. > :03:42.robes? Well, I know just the man to shed some light on this mystery.
:03:43. > :03:49.At first I wasn't keen. I was worried it was too minimalist. There
:03:50. > :03:54.wasn't any signature design. Then I thought about it. You see the red
:03:55. > :03:58.lining. It's a flash of that. Not much. A dash of colour. That youing
:03:59. > :04:05.ises this Doctor is something under the surface you wouldn't assume from
:04:06. > :04:09.the outside. It reminded me of Chris Ecclestone, who looked like a bloke
:04:10. > :04:12.from the street. You wouldn't assume he was an alien saving planets. You
:04:13. > :04:26.have been telling us what you think. Anti-says, "the coat is so cool."
:04:27. > :04:40.Keep the comments coming in. We have to wait until autumn to see the real
:04:41. > :04:43.deal. Here's how running repairs happen at the International Space
:04:44. > :04:45.Station. Russian cosmonauts took an eight-hour spacewalk, it's their
:04:46. > :04:48.second attempt to fix the camera which is used to take pictures of
:04:49. > :04:52.Earth. Now, these pictures might look a bit like they're from the set
:04:53. > :04:55.of Horrible Histories, but it's actually a festival in the north of
:04:56. > :04:58.Scotland every year, called up-hellia. And it's happening
:04:59. > :05:00.tonight! I'll have more on that at 6.50pm tonight, so see you then.
:05:01. > :05:01.Bye!
